Our room was spacious, bright and clean. Breakfasts was amazing!☺️ Cofe and tea 24/7 at lobby👍 Bed was very comfortable. Interior design is really nice.

The guy on reception didn’t know how to charge me for the room using his bank card reader, he didn’t know that we have hair dryer in the room, it seemed to me it was his first day on this position. Overall, he was trying to help and was very polite. Other receptionists was much more experienced. Our room was facing the street so it was very noisy. Laundry service was quite expensive. Shower head was broken. The maid ignored the "do not disturb" sign left on the door handle and walked into the room. The advertised “high speed internet” was actually very slow.

The hotel was located within easy walking distance of several tourist attractions, it was close to some local bars which weren't touristy so were entertaining and very welcoming. The staff were helpful

It was a mistake by the reception staff who booked us on a tour to Valparaiso, but got the time wrong and we booked it the day after our arrival from Australia and instead of being collected from the hotel after 9am, we were woken at 6am to say the tour bus was waiting for us. It was horrible - no breakfast, we weren't dressed etc. But the staff were very apologetic.

The hotel is located in the older party of town. This is interesting and walkable to most of places one wants to see visiting Santiago. Room (36) was spacious and very clean. The hotel modern design throughout nicely matching the age of the building. Very pleasant and helpful reception staff. 24 hrs tea and coffee available at the sitting room is a very nice touch.

Breakfast , although set up lovely, is boring ( if you happened to stay for longer then one night) and measured. One feels that if you take one more slice of cheese there will not be enough left for other guests.

The staff at reception and housekeeping are fabulous which, for me, is a reflection of their management. Camila, Pedro, and Juan (Reception) we’re so much more than friendly! They went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable with the accommodations as well as providing recommendations/ options on my activities. They provided excellent feedback on the points of interest I wanted to see and the routes I wanted to walk… awesome! Plus they hooked me up with a fabulous taxi driver, Jaimie. The housekeeping staff - that work 11+ hours per day - greater me every day with a smile and chuckled at my awkward Español. They made sure I was moved to a lovely new room when there was a plumbing leak. Plus, breakfast every morning was absolutely delicious. The service and location make up for any repairs that were needed!

Very good location, decent breakfast and helpful staff, especially the night shift. Rooms are large and comfortable with large variety of TV channels, also in English. TV is old, won’t be able to launch Netflix though :).

I’d give max points, but there is no sound barrier between the sleeping room and reception. So if you have a room on the ground floor, you’re partially exposed to the discussions of check-in guests and any other discussions in the lobby area, which shouldn’t be a case. In any European or American hotel someone could simply install additional doors.

The hotel is great, unique and excellent room and lounge and free coffee and tea and water through out the day. Location is excellent very central. We did a takeaway and we sat out in the open verandah, we were given proper plates and cutlery and they cleared up after, despite us offering to do so a few times. Great staff. Laundry facilities at very reasonable price. Room size fantastic and bed is very good

Better toileteries and fresh fruit juice rather than squash.

Exceptionally comfortable beds. All of the staff were lovely and go out of their way to help, particularly Paulo. Organised trips and taxis via the hotel and would recommend. Located just around the corner from the underground so very easy to get around the city. We felt safe walking around the area but obviously keep your wits about you. Would recommend.

Breakfast could do with more options but what was out was lovely. If you have a road side room you may have some street noise.

Large room with a comfortable bed, bath and shower separate which was fantastic. All facilities in the room such as TV, air conditioning, safe, fridge worked perfectly. Nice breakfast in the morning which was free, and the location was perfect. I also had a balcony which was a lovely plus.

You can hear traffic late at night, so perhaps not great for light sleepers.

This boutique hotel has a lot of charm and style. The room was a nice size and comfortable. The location is a two block walk to the Bella Artes metro and a brief walk to Santa Lucia park and the Lastarria neighborhood for drinks and food. Price was very reasonable and included a basic breakfast. Staff was helpful with recommendations and directions, even gave a us a metro card to load and use during our stay.

Room was on the third floor without a working elevator. The AC in the room was very loud. The hotel has barebones amenities (eg, no ice).

This hotel has a great central location. Just a short distance to the central plaza and 5 mins to lots of bars and restaurants. Our room had a great view over a park and the Museo de Bellas Artes. Both the road and the hotel were very quiet. The room was very spacious and comfortable. There was a good attached bathroom with a powerful shower. The room had a safe. The breakfast was ok. The staff were very welcoming helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was the same thing every day.
