Very useful location for getting to sites of interest around the city, the nearby area is also quite lively with plenty of drinking and eating places. If you want somewhere quieter you might want to look elsewhere. The all inclusive breakfast was excellent. Staff extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were looked after, special mention to Jesus, Marcela and Francesc, wish we could have spent a few more nights in Santiago!

It might be an idea to provide the rooms with small kettles and packets of coffee/tea, the all inclusive breakfast was excellent but doesn't open till later so being able to make this for yourself in your room might be useful.

Great location, very clean and cute. Hotel offered a shuttle from airport which was very convenient.

Overall, the front desk was not entirely friendly (except Sebastian and one other gentleman that I did not get his name- they were extremely kind!) The most alarming thing was that the gate to the entrance of the hotel was padlocked shut the last two nights I returned. I was not warned of this ahead of time, so the second night was very frustrating trying to get in, as well as the front desk person was mocking/teasing me while delaying my entry. I understand it is for safety reasons however it was not locked the first night and I returned a lot later previously. I was later informed that this person no longer was going to be working there and wasn't a right fit for the hotel so I think it was solely this person that created the issue.

The staff is absolutely the BEST!! They all spoke English very well and were always happy to help with suggestions or calling cabs. The location too is amazing!! There are so many restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk I lost count. It is a 10 minute walk to Plaza Armas and all the museums. The room was very spacious and well appointed. The bathroom was huge and spotless. We also had a great balcony with Room 2

There is not an elevator. But I need the exercise by climbing the stairs up one flight

The staff was really helpful when we needed to add an extra room and even offered us an apartment for just a little more. The place was really clean, new upgraded surfaces and really comfy beds. We liked the big windows overlooking the bustle of this happening street below. The windows block a lot of the noise, although not entirely, so just be aware that it's a city location. It's fun to walk out the door and right into the yummy food store below (called Fork) and the many restaurants nearby. We also walked to the historical attractions like the Castillo Hidalgo and the Plaza de Armas.

The location is excellent—right in the heart of the Lastarria neighborhood. The room and bathroom are spacious and very comfortable. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, there is no elevator, which makes it a bit challenging to bring your luggage to the room. However, I was kindly assisted by the staff on duty that day, so in the end, it turned out to be no problem.

Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday was awful. Most of the menu was unavailable on these days. Fruit had not been freshly cut, it looked old. The scrambled egg was grey and dry - inedible. Croissant was not good. Breakfast on Monday was better with more choice.

Small but modern boutique hotel was very comfortable and clean with great lighting. Front desk folks changed often but Andres was the best! This is the best place to stay in Santiago IMHO - right in the middle of a very walkable, lively, artsy, alternative neighborhood with great cafes, shops, ice cream places, art galleries (you are right behind the major museum GAM). We did a walking and biking tour and both go through this neighborhood. We ate at Bocanariz, Chipe Libre and Jose Ramon 277 - all rated very highly and all within walking distance. At night there may be music but it ended by 11p/midnight. We had a terrace apt on the top floor overlooking the busy street but the soundproofing of the windows was pretty good. Breakfast was a nice prix fixe at the small cafe right next door. Also, easy walk to beautiful St. Lucia Park with the Hidalgo castle - a must go! Also 10 minute or so walk across the river to Bellavista neighborhood - also pretty cool.

Be aware there are only stairs - no elevator. We were on the top floor but it didn't bother us, we are fairly active middle age folks. We couldn't figure out how to use the TV or the safe.

Location, very short walk to many good restaurants & bars and only a 20 minute walk to the Funicular. Safe location, many security & police. Quiet, modern, spacious comfortable rooms. Clean, quality towels and sheets. Staff were helpful and also spoke good English. Really good value for money. We would stay again.

These are little things that could be improved. Whilst very modern the lack of window covering on the bathroom glass door to main bedroom let too much street lighting in overnight. Lack of little things I would expect to see like tissues, kettle (tea & coffee making facilities) and water replaced.

We had a room with balcony facing the street. We loved hearing the music of street performers below us. The hotel is perfectly situated next to an art school and great restaurants. Location is walking distance to must visit parks, the funicular, museo belles artes. Staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant below provides a delicious breakfast and excellent coffee. You really feel like you are in a funky neighbourhood and not in a tourist trap

No elevator but staff help with bags. Hotel is 4 stories.

The facilities were very nice; modern and very clean. Even tho there was a lot of noise outside, I could not hear it in the room. Marcella (I think that is her name) is very nice, helpful and caring. Another young woman helped me with my luggage and made sure I got into the correct Uber

Had early tours and breakfast didn’t start until 8. One day, I was able to get a roll with cheese, fresh juice and a cappuccino by 8:15. The other day, I arranged breakfast ahead of time and they gave me a hard, dry roll with jam. I was charged for both even tho breakfast was supposed to be included
