The hotel is a little dated and could use a refresh, but it more than makes up for it with comfort, service, and a reasonable price. Our bed was very comfortable, and the central location made it easy to reach Santiago’s main sights on foot or by metro. The staff were exceptionally helpful — they arranged a reliable airport taxi for us and even allowed early morning check-in after our 30-hour journey, which was a lifesaver. We loved being so close to the lively Barrio Lastarria (our favourite area in Santiago) with its fantastic restaurants and cafés. The only drawback was the sofa bed, which was quite small for our 17-year-old and would be better suited to a younger child. Overall, a convenient, fairly priced, and welcoming place to stay in the heart of the city.

Such a nice place to stay. We were at the end of a 4.5 month trip, very tired & a bit unwell when we arrived. We stayed 2 nights, left our packs & went to Rapa Nui for 4 nights, then back for one last night before heading home. No problem to leave luggage. Appreciated the midday checkout & the very comfortable waiting area (our flight was at midnight). . The apartment was so comfortable & spacious, with big windows that opened (not a fan of air con). Great to have 2 pillows each. We loved the breakfast basket & the ability to prepare & eat breakfast at our leisure in our room. Excellent location, lovely parks & restaurants around.

À suggestion, not a 'didn't like' - an extra coffee sachet each & a milk sachet in the breakfast basket would have been lovely. .

everything was perfect. In front of a Supermarket. 1 block away to a bus stop with several lines and 4 blocks away from a tube station. Sound proof of the rooms which face the avenue is VERY effective an you dont hear anything.

Only thing I have to say is they want to write down your cc number in a written file they keep. I think they could use other ways to take a deposit rather than that. I am sure nobody likes to write their cc nbr with expiry date etc and leave it in hands of people that you dont know.

They served breakfast in a cute way (basket) , the staff was very friendly. All of them! The room was perfect size , with toiletries included (great because the airline lost my luggage!)

Might be a chilean thing , but you need a creditcard to secure your reservation and NOT a debit. Might be an issue for an European like me , but they solved it. They were very understanding! The internet was not the best. But I didn't use it for videcalls , I used it for simple surfing.

It looks to be new. It looks very nice, cozy. The rooms are nice, spacious, the kitchenette is a plus. Nicely decorated and very clean. The breakfast is also a plus since it is very convenient.

The location is just across the historic center. The neighborhood has a supermarket, little store, laundry, and some little restaurants, but at night is kind of dark and solitary. The taxi driven told me that it is in a "popular area", and advice to walk only during the day and to the north of the avenue.

There was some traffic due to the busy road, and there was no elevator, but it was a good workout for my legs and exercise routine.

The hotel is in a good location that is easily walkable to restaurants, markets, museums, public transit, etc. The staff were very friendly, room was comfortable and the hotel was very quiet at night. I will stay here again when I return to Santiago. I arrived very late at night (~1am) and there was someone at the front desk to greet me and check me in.

Lovely little hotel in Santiago in a quiet and safe location. My room (double room) was spacious and very comfy. There's a kitchenette where one can prepare food or heat food up and a fridge to keep drinks cool. The neigbourhood Bellavista is a 10 minutes walk away, where there are a lot of hip cafes and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I could rest well here and can recommend this stay! :-)

The rooms look just like the photos. The rooms were very clean and efficient. The staff is very helpful and many spoke English. There is a great supermarket right across the street which is helpful since there is a kitchen area in the rooms.

The area is dark at night. Little activity. It was said to be dangerous.

Great location, helpful staff, simple neat room for solo traveller, breakfast delivered night before is good idea. Supermarket across the street is handy

Unfortunately the rooms going onto stairwell means it is noisy if people are hanging out and talking, not really a problem but went late into the night!
