From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the level of service, elegance, and attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of at every moment. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable!! The location is perfect: safe, central, and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. But honestly, I barely wanted to leave the hotel! The rooftop pool and spa area were absolute highlights, a peaceful oasis with stunning city views. Breakfast was another unforgettable experience: everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. This hotel combines luxury with warmth in a way that’s rare to find. It made my trip to Santiago even more special, and I can’t wait to return. Highly, highly recommend!

The staff was excellent. The desk services were friendly and efficient, the concierge staff (especially Christian) was extremely helpful with tips on what to see, how to get there, how to protect our belongings and even let us use subway cards. The room was large and extremely comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was quiet. The restaurant Estro was outstanding and our waiter, Camilo Roman, was also outstanding.

There was no door on the safe in the closet, and there was no other safe in the room. The bathroom sink was slow. Both issues were reported but not fixed.

Ideal location next to the train station so easy to get about Santiago.It has an outstanding buffet breakfast, great service, a fantastic pool/spa on the top floor with sublime sunset views on its terrace and luxurious rooms. The staff went the extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect. Jonathan on reception was brilliant and so friendly , really going above and beyond to help us. Christian on the door/concierge was a great welcome after a long flight and always helpful with advice on where to go out. Highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat

The staff were all so welcoming and friendly and efficient. Location very good . Very nice bar and food at restaurant was very good but portions too large. Breakfast was particularly amazing with huge choice. Room lovely and comfortable.amenities really gooo. Pool was really lovely warm and lovely surroundings and views. Jacuzzi was nice and clean. Can have hot or cold drinks by the pool . Highlight of the stay as we needed a relaxing moment before our flight

Food portions at dinner a bit too big. Did not have kettle to make tea only coffee machine which leaves a coffee taste in the water

Breakfast was amazing, but the waiter, Daniel made it exceptional with his friendliness and the fact that he greeted us all by name! The front door staff were also very helpful and friendly. I also was surprised by my gift of wine in my room received from our housekeeping staff, that made it extra special! Overall, I had a wonderful stay!

The additional tax that I had to pay because I had a debit card and not a credit card caught me by surprise. As we are traveling for work and all expenses are paid upfront as per the Booking. com quote, this caused a little panic on my side. Perhaps an allowance for a direct bank transfer could have been possible?

Located in CBD, a lot of restaurants, good vibe. Hotel room is spacious, beds and linens are superb. The amenities used are my favorite. The lighting in the room is quite good. The reception staff Italio was helpful. The restaurant on the ground floor Estro served decent chillan food and wine. Daniel was attentive.

Breakfast staff service is not at the same level. Nobody offered tea or coffee 10 minutes after we sat. We had to ask for assistance from one staff, and he even had us waited for him to give checks to other people. Was Rude.

Our stay at the ritz was perfect. The room was so comfortable, clean, spacious and great amenities. The staff were superb, they couldn’t do anything more for us. The barman treated us like it was our home and many times made our evenings. The staff were also very accommodation with using the showers etc on the day of arrival (ahead of checkin time). Room service was also excellent. We could not have wanted more, would recommend highly- best hotel during our two week stay of Chile.

On-site facilities (gym, pool) were great. Breakfast was wonderful and room was a very good size. A comfortable stay.

Lots of items in the room (snacks, toiletries etc.) with numerous signs warning of charges if removed. Felt a little “grabby” given the room rate - either gift your guests complimentary items, or remove them altogether.

Bar was wonderful. We had a dinner there, was wonderful.

We had a lunch with a large party, our server was clueless. We had a time commitment and he was less than helpful. I had to involve additional staff to assist with getting our meals. I would never have lunch there again.

Spa was gorgeous with roof top views The staff is very polite and accommodating. This is one of the best Ritz-Carlton hotels we have ever stayed in particularly because of the staff, especially Daniel who made me special coffee in the mornings.

The exercise room was too hot.
