I stayed at the Malaga 79 location, stayed in floor 16, the room is exactly as shown in the pictures, a little noisy since it's close to Apoquindo a very busy street, but nothing terrible, the closeness to Apoquindo is what makes it a well-located choice, the whole building is very new and quiet. The apartment is well-maintained, the kitchen was clean, the mattress was 5 hotel level, no bad odors, the furniture is also enough comfortable, and clean.

Ths shower was a little clogged, the parking was in -5 or -6 , but we could deal with both.

the Pool was not open during the season I went there. and that was the only reason why I selected that unit apartment

The location and ease of access was great. Appreciated having enough space to stay for a couple of weeks.

The overall cleanliness of the unit was not good. The walls and doors are very scuffed with dirt, and the floors were VERY dirty up on arrival. The kitchen needs a simple sauté/frying pan for eggs, and a spatula.

Central location, within walking distance of many places and the metro. The building is in great shape and looks well maintained, as does the unit. The layout of the room/apartment was very comfortable and the bed was great.

We had a portable AC unit in the BR which was quite loud but did the job. Would have loved to have a few more coffee pods provided with the machine, especially since there is nowhere to get an early cup of coffee in the neighborhood.

Great neighborhood. Lovely unit. Staff was very accommodating with holding our luggage from check out time until their office closed.

Air conditioner noisy but it was too hot without it. Only 2 bath towels and one hand towel were provided. Nothing for the pool or kitchen. Could use some basics in the kitchen like a larger frying pan, salt, pepper, kitchen shears.

Great apartment, stayed for 2 weeks, the managers were very responsive, explained in detail how we could extend our stay to keep the same room, responded quickly and clearly. The apartments are very cozy, clean, warm, and we were very pleased with the coffee machine. The location is excellent on a very green and beautiful street. Thanks for letting us leave our suitcases in their office for a couple of hours before check-in. I recommend 100%.

Great size, well-equipped kitchen area, really comfortable bed and pillows. Very close to Metro station. Pool area is fab. Laundry facilities available, cheap to use but need peso coins.

There was no water one morning (no taps, shower, toilet.. ) and the hosts didn't say anything, though they did reply quickly when I raised the issue.

Perfect location in Providencia, walking disctance to restaurants and supermarkets. Very nice pool area. Washing machines available downstairs for a small fee.

Only air con is in the bedroom and pretty noisy. There is a BBQ area on the roof and it can get very lound on the weekends since it is appartently used for private parties.

The staff were very helpful and took care of our baggage whilst we travelled to Valparaiso, so our bags were waiting in the room when we arrived. Everything was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The swimming pool was lovely and the views from the rooftop around it are fantastic.

The air conditioning unit was noisy but it was alright on simple fan mode through the night, but it did get a little hot in the room then.

Beds - very comfortable!

Shower heads annoying to use, check in wasn’t as easy as it could have been and we were told our booking may be cancelled within 3 hours of us checking in (while we were still in transit from Australia). Also was not aware of the payment methods and made it quite stressful.
