Location, the gym and got a free upgrade. The staff are nice.

The apartment concept is darker than what would be considered comfortable. The kitchen oven/microwave was not clean and we had to call the reception to clean it. Makes me wonder how do they actually clean the apartments.

This fantastic apart-hotel came to our rescue when we had been let down at the minute by another provider. From the moment we booked, they were responsive, friendly, professional and kind. The apartments are spacious, really well equipped and sparkling clean. We were able to book a couple of different sizes which accommodated our family group exactly. The area is quiet and safe and the street outside is convenient for being picked up and dropped off by cars. There is a great casual dining restaurant next door and a convenience store and a gorgeous bakery nearby. We all enjoyed our stay here - and would definitely highly recommend it and would choose to stay again. We’d award more stars if we could. Perfect! Thank you for taking such good care of us.

Lovely staff, great location, nice comfortable apartment with good amenities- kitchen, big TV, comfortable bed. Also great that there was a 24 hr front desk as we arrived later than planned and this was no trouble with checking in.

Only draw back was our room was above a restaurant so if we opened the windows in the evening we sometimes got cooking smells coming in.

Pretty funky and cool hotel. Adjacent to the shopping mall and metro station .

Just a reminder, the Chile's 19% Value Added Tax cannot be exempted at this hotel even you are a oversea tourist, their explanation is this is a service apartment, not really hotel. Something you may need to consider when booking. We can see they noted on the booking website but we didn't read all the fine print.

The building is located in a nice and safe neighbourhood, close to the sky constanera. Staff was nice and helpful as well. The apartment was clean, cosy, fully functional with enough kitchen utensils. Good wifi and comfy bed too!

Beware that the price listed on booking doesn’t include the 19% VAT as it is not a proper hotel.

Outstanding. Everything is beyond expectations! Lovely,clean and beautifully decorated room. Super comfy with full amenities! A huge space for our family of 4. There is a great restaurant at ground floor and a walking distance to Costanera Center ( huge bonus) . Would definitely stay here for our next trip in Santiago.

The booking quote was in dollars and as a tourist I presented travel documents but their card machine could " only accept payment in Chileno Pesos " so I had to pay the IVA. That annoyed me. I haven't had that problem with any other hotel on my trip except with Booking.com.

Location and flexibility of having kitchen facilities

No air conditioning in 2nd bedroom which made sleeping uncomfortable. Despite being a serviced apartment the kitchen equipment was very limited, hardly any cooking utensils and no cooking or serving dishes

Comfortable beds, liked everything! Loved the food and staff in the restaurant.

Bookings.com doesn't mention the adjacent restaurant has live music until 10 pm. We were on the 9 th floor and they sounded like they were in the room with us. Loud fun afterwork type crowd.

Well equipped and thoughtfully designed. I appreciated that even the grout in the bathroom matched Apt's brand colors. Very close attention to detail.
