Very good hotel at a fair value in an excellent location. Good shower, great bed, clean facilities, all that is expected from a good hotel.

We took 2 transfers and 1 tour and were very happy The breakfast is so so good! With chilean products but i missed the marraqueta Great wifi

Hotel should provide more amenities in the room. Iron and coffee maker is must at this price

Clean, comfortable, very well situated. The recently renovated restaurant offers an outstanding breakfast, and the staff were very pleasant.

The upper hallways are in need of upgrading but the rooms are very pleasant.

A water jug/kettle in the room to make a cup of tea is needed, instead of going downstairs to the cafe for a cup of hot water, if the cafe was open.

Good location , clean rooms ,nice variety in buffet breakfast, friendly staff and good value for money . The reception desk was extremely helpful . I did not have exact change to pay to the taxi, one of the front desk guys helped me pay from his own pocket . Further ,being an Indian ,they had a nice Indian restaurant (rishtedar) adjacent to it which was like an "icing on the cake" for a veggitarian like me . I surely recomend it .

Breakfast was great. Its very close to nice restaurants and the Costanera Center shopping mall. Staff was very quick to give us an electrical adapter for our phone chargers.

Hot water in the morning (8ish) for a shower took a little longer than expected. And this is nitpicking, but the interior design of the room floor hallways is godawful.

Manager and stuff made our stay in the hotel very smoothly and comfortable. Great service from the staff. Food was exceptional. Breakfast delicious every day. Highly recommend.

Quiet place, I had good rest every night. Good ventilation (the windows allow the exchange of air). The room was equipped with all facilities or furnitures that I needed during my stay. Nice staff.

If you stay many days, you will get bored with the same breakfast every day.

Great location & good value. Excellent elevators too!

No concierge who was helpful in English; learning about nearby restaurants and day trips was limited. Beds were fair; pillows awful. Couldn’t leave a bag for 5 nights.
