We loved everything! The rooms are spacious, very comfortable, and they are well appointed. The views of the Andes mountain range are outstanding, especially from their rooftop bar and restaurant, Luna. The hotel is new, very clean, and the staff is stellar! They went above and beyond every single moment to make our stay the best we've ever had. The breakfast is fresh and offers something for every palate. The price and location cannot be beat either. It is a nice walk to fabulous restaurants and is connected to the largest mall in South America. Talk about convenience. We stayed for 2 weeks and were thrilled we were there every single day.

Excellent location direct to Costanera Center with its many shops and restaurants, brilliant choice for breakfast. Really caring friendly staff. We had almost been scammed by a taxi driver when we arrived at the hotel. Luckily my bank blocked the payment but I needed to ring the bank quickly and cancel my card. Staff gave me access to wifi , told us to sit in a quiet place and brought us water. We really appreciated this as we were tired after long flight.

We got stuck in the lift on the last morning. It was very hot in the lift and I panicked but the staff got us out very quickly. Quite difficult to get dropped off outside hotel as very busy main road.

We parked our vehicle onsite. It would've ben great for the staff to have a diagram of how to access the carpark. In addition, we ordered two "taxi" services and received two Uber drivers. One was a terrible experience where we requested to go to Hertz Car rentals at the Airport. Driver had no idea of where to go and after two stops to ask for assistance, ended up dropping us in an underground carpark, where we made our own way to the terminal. We never found Hertz for our booking and ended up at Europcar for a rental. The staff at Reception of the Marriott were great as they gave us our onsite parking for free because of this poor experience.

Use Taxi Drivers, not Uber Drivers. Have a diagram for where to go for parking.

The beds are super comfortable and the staff are all lovely and very helpful. Lovely view from the room. I’ve loved the complimentary bottles of water in the fridge and we could ask for extra coffee pods for the morning.

This was the worst bathroom design in any hotel I’ve stayed in. It’s an open bathroom design and it’s ridiculous. Bathrooms are made with doors for a reason. There are not even any hooks to hang towels or robes, only one in the toilet so that’s disgusting to hang your robes in the toilet. The shower has no shelf or basket to put your toiletries in. I’m sorry but this was awful.
