Hotel reception is on 4th floor so a little confusing when you first arrive, but soon get the hang of things. The location is right in the middle of the CBD with multiple restaurants in spitting distance especially "Tiramisu" which opens on the dot of 7 and is know for its superb desert of the same name...

Limo pick up reliability is questionable even if booked. First time I had an issue they never even turned up at midnight and this trip the got the Flight number wrong but the time right - and left me waiting 50 minutes for what is not a cheap service...They did however compensate by leaving a nice bottle of red in my room as an apology.

The location was great - easy to walk or uber to nearby sights and restaurants. Everything was clean, awesome rooftop pool. The rooftop had a lot of parties/events going on during the time we were there so you didn’t have access to part of it, but we had access to the pool.

For the price you pay, the facilities and the room was dated. The bathroom vanity was cracked so the particle board was exposed in the bathroom showing its age and in need of repair. The tv was also small and not a smart tv.

The hotel is located close to lots of nice restaurants and cafes, in a very safe neighborhood which adds to the overall experience. In general, the hotel seems to have been recently renovated so the indoor public areas look very modern. The view from the rooftop pool is great and offers really nice sunset views.

The lighting in the room was very faint, making it difficult to get ready for the day. The service at the rooftop bar is a bit slow.

odd set up-there are multiple lifts with very few signs to say where things are. the gym remains a mystery to me. many of the staff don’t speak English which is fine of course but when there are no signs and three or four sets of lifts to access different areas it’s a challenge to navigate the place! the pool is glorious but odd set up with no showers (they’re used as storage rooms) or lockers. the limited English meant my transfer took me to the wrong location afterwards, the hotel has not reimbursed me for this cost; it’s a shame to say I should have used Uber.

The location and staff were amazing. A great vibe in all the communal areas. Nothing was too much bother. they arranged places to eat before we arrived and our pick up from the airport and all was perfect.

We stayed in a Wow Suite and it wasn’t WOW. maybe 15 years ago but now looking shabby. it didn’t spoil our stay as staff were so good we didn’t want to complain.

Construction in hallway midnight until 3 am, very disturbing. Desk clerk gave us a few drinks and late check out but would have been nice to have 1 night free. Pool windows need washing! Pool needs a bit of sprucing up!

Location is spot on in the centre of the business district which is very safe and regularly police patrols pass round. Many excellent restaurants nearby (Tiramasu and Happening, to name but two).

Old plug sockets need up dating and poor lighting in the room.

Breakfast buffet is large and caters for all choices and sitting on the veranda was also a nice touch, more so of course in Summer.

The rooms need their plug/USB facilities upgraded to multipoint plug in. Hiding a USB socket behind and below a shelf isn't practicle.

Great hotel, wonderful breakfasts, very cool rooftop pool. Rooms on the 10th or 11th floor offer excellent views of Santiago.
