The conditions of the bathroom, it lacked a little bit of maintenance but it was fine.

Staff is very helpful. Complementary snack is provided.

We booked very spontaniously because of a problem with our previous apartment. The staff was extremely friendly, the service was good, the location perfect and quiet. The apartment was perfectly fine with a spacious living room area and a well-equipped kitchen. The second bedroom is very small but the apartment fit our needs for a short stay, so we can recommend it!

Every morning they bring you a breakfast goodie bag which includes coffee, sugar, yogurt, juice, breakfast bars. Lots of natural lighting. Parking is underground which is accessed by a key fob. Felt very safe and secure parking underground. Very easy access from the elevator. Small grocery store (Express Lider) 1 min (400ft) walking distance. I felt the location was good, Driving is very tough in santiago but you are close to a highway.

Room service/cleaning entered our room without us knowing. (Usually at apartments there is no cleaning so I was shocked) The walls were dirty and need a new coat of paint bad. Windows were no clean. Shower did not have any curtains and no door. Water will splash all over.

It bad 2 bedrooms

The AC was only in the bigger bedroom, the kitchen had very limited cooking utensils so was useless for cooking, the neighbourhood was boring. Nothing around jt. The staff were very apathetic. No smiles or warmth (which pretty much sums up our observatipn of Chileans in general)

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. During my stay, the hot water didn’t work, and my Booking reservation wasn’t registered at the hotel. They informed me that they couldn’t do anything and that I had to contact Booking directly to resolve the issue. Throughout my stay, there was no hot water, and when I complained, they told me that hot water is not common in Chile. Additionally, one of the receptionists treated me poorly, the air conditioning didn’t work, and the internet was also not functional. For these reasons, I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to others.

What I didn’t like about the hotel: first of all, there was no hot water. When I mentioned this to the receptionist, she treated me very poorly and told me that in Chile, only lukewarm water comes out of the tap, not hot. Additionally, the internet didn’t work, and the air conditioning didn’t either. The room was very cold, and when I tried to turn on the heating, I was told it worked through the air conditioning, but it never turned on. For these reasons, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, not to my friends or family, and I wouldn’t stay here again.
