It's right next to the metro station, so it's very easy to move anywhere in the city. It's good value for money, and it's got the basic things you need for a stay. Breakfast is nice. People at the desk are very nice.

It is indeed a bit dated. The room decor is very classic, not the style that you will find in more modern hotels. But this isn't really an issue. The room size is small, but if you know this beforehand its not a problem. It is the basic space that you need. I wouldn't really complain about any of these things, if you know this then it's fine.

Not every receptionist speaks English, but all of them are always smiling, ready to help, kind and supportive. Special shoutout to Melania! I've stayed here during the conference in July, and all my collegues who stayed in airbnb and hostels were freezing, while my room at this hotel was warm, and sheets were thick and comfy. Pillows fluffy, sheets clean. Had shampoo, hairdryer and alike in the room. Breakfast is diverse, each morning I've eated both the savory and sweet options (including fresh fruits). Milk jam is my top discovery in Chile. :) They always play '80. pop and alike in the restorant. Metro and bus stations just a few minutes of walking. The hotel is located straight in the middle between city center and Los Condes so it is good option for one that has a bussines related events in Los Condes and has time for exploring the center.

When I've booked a reservation, I've asked to have an early check in through booking messages, but no one responded to that message, and I eventually forgot about it. In the end, I've waited 5 hours to get to the room as the check in is quite late (15:00). Drawers are quite old and could get a bit of renovation just for the sake of looks so it could match the price (even though I understand that the high price is a matter of location since other hotels in the area are more expensive).

The breakfast is late in Chile, son you need to pay attention on this, but the food it's good, tasty, different options for all type of persons. Related to the Room, it's a good size for 2 people, but just one important information, the space for walk in the room is small. The location it's in Providencia, with the view for Cerro San Cristobal and Cordilheira dos Andes. For the Historical Center, you are 40mins walking distance.

The food and drinks in the machine it's cheapest than in the hotel. Remember to have money in you hand for facilitate the process and pay less.

I ponly stopped by for a few hours as a quick stay. Hotel was clean, comfortable and staff was friendly.

They did not have options for a vegan breakfast, despite the fact that I let them know in advance, as my fee included breakfast. They did try to come up with something and presented me with gluten free bread (though gluten free and vegan are not the same thing) and some jam, and a pouch of fruit compote.

Excellent facility with very good location and the staff especially Johnny was very professional ,compassion ,and friendly - he was very helpful and answered all questions and inquiries that we have and he make us feel that we are in a family atmosphere. I would highly recommend this facility and definite I would come back When I return to Santiago.

All hotel staff was super friendly and accommodating, and for travelers like us to whom Spanish is not a functional language, it was great that there was always at least one staff member on-duty who was able to communicate in English. The location was outstanding especially in relation to the subway stations, restaurants, bars, and a feeling of security. Housekeeping service was good and the room was functional but the bathroom was tiny. The half-bathtub was jarring and claustrophobic. The complimentary breakfast was good with my only complaint being that hot items were not replenished in a timely manner.

Location, value and safety were great. The hotel is near the museums and parks. The included breakfast was OK but nothing special.

The front desk staff did not speak English. We had to take an Uber to the Marriott to get help from their concierge to book sightseeing tours.

Amazing staff, very supportive. They helped me and my boyfriend this week when Chile got the general problem with electricity: me and my boyfriend needed urgently to reach the airport and they helped us with telephone calls and updates.

The breakfast eggs were very raw.

Excellent location and cleanliness. Bed was really confortable as well as the pillows.

I stayed for three weeks, so I got tired of eating the same thing for breakfast since it was always the same.

Everything was clean. The staff was friendly. They arranged transport to airport for us which really helped. Went over a city map for us pointed out places we need to know where they were. The dining room was nice and very comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

Room was a little on the small side but worked for us. So would suggest patrons check out the square footage when booking. We had a lot of luggage so that's what made it seem smaller.
