Honest staff. We left a wallet with Cash, Cards and ID's and they returned it. Very good location could walk and also park. Sunrise and sunset from balcony.

at night neighborhood looked suspicious but was good, front desk was sleeping so we felt not safe .First room had smoke and they moved us, so not a great start but not long after we were very good

We had to book this property at the last minute on the day of check-in (Dec 24) since the property we had previously booked thru Booking.com (Departmentos R&M) had cancelled on us for no reason. Booking.com agreed to refund the difference in the prices of the 2 properties. Today is Jan 22, I have made dozens of calls to Booking.com; but still no refund for the price difference. I always end up talking to a different agent each time, and they cut the call many times. They all agree I am eligible for the refund.

very well located, on the quiet place on the middle of Santiago.

the mattress on the principal room was on bad shape, one of the bed on the second room was to long so the was impossible to close the door, almost all the inside door didn't work properly, especially bathrooms

Great location, very quiet considering how close it is to everything. The apartment was comfortable and relatively well equipped.

It would be nice to have a few basic kitchen supplies like salt, pepper, oil. Also more than one coffee sachet or a week long stay. I also messaged the owners twice about faulty appliances and an inquiry about extending my stay but never heard back from anyone after checkin. The contact phone number was not connected.

Everything was good organize as usual. Is not the first time I am staying here. It has been very convenient and the attention is wonderful. Easy access to the highway so I can reach my work very easy.

Everything is perfect

We had two stays here. This is about the stay from December 10-13. It’s in a beautiful area right at the foot of St Cristobal, in the Bella Vista area. It’s a short walk to the metro station Salvador. Uber or official taxi to/from the airport cost around 20,000 Chilean pesos. There are some good convenience stores nearby. The apartment is spacious with lovely views of Sunset, sunrise etc. over hills. The kitchen is very well-equipped. The bed is comfortable. There’s also a huge walk-in closet. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. We loved our stay and booked another stint of four nights at the same property.

They had all my data from booking.com, but they asked me to send all info also via WhatsApp. Unnecessary.
