My favorite was the Starbucks on the first floor and the staff FOR sure. From the lobby you can tell the experience is going to be great in every aspect. Well located, nearby so many shopping opportunities, clubs and restaurants. The facilities are top of the line: amazing jacuzzi (that you have to book in advance), big refreshing pool with service staff ready to meet all your needs. I required a special wine and cheese for my husband and I to share apon arrival and it was the best wine of 2024, an exquisite bottle of chardonay. I really recommend and will definitely be back.

Reception staff were very helpful, allowing us to leave bags until we could check in later. Location is good, whilst being away from the the city centre there are metro stations within walking distance and we used the local stop of the hop on - hop off bus to tour the city and learn a little of it's history. The top floor restaurant and terrace is fantastic with good food and drinks and wonderful views over the local area. Breakfast was not included but the fixed price allowed access to a wide variety of breakfast options. My wife was very happy with the pool and sunbeds.

Delightful stay! Comfortable accommodation, tidy, clean and in a great location. A special shoutout to the front desk staff, who were incredibly helpful throughout our visit. Sebastian is a legend! he consistently went above and beyond to assist us. The housekeeping team was also very friendly and efficient.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. However, I would suggest adding more plant-based options to the breakfast menu, such as oat or almond milk and plant-based sausages. Additionally, it would be beneficial to pay more attention to details in the room, such as fixing the loose toilet holder and the broken window handle. These small improvements would make a significant difference.

Room: very comfortable and clean. Staff was super friendly and gave us a room with a beautiful front view. Bathroom: modern-integrated into the room, with glass walls. Shower was very relaxing, with its high pressure. Breakfast was very good although there wasn't a great variety of items. The restaurant is on the top of the building, so you have a very nice view of the city. The hotel is in a safe area and in a walking distance of Parque Arauco Shopping. We would definitely stay at this Hotel again.

Very nice and comfortable rooms - very clean overall . I missed some amenities in the room which I think should come 'as a standard' and I missed a kettle / water cooker. While the room has a coffee maker - this is not a making a nice hot cup of coffee or tea. Rather move back to an effective cooker than a 'fancy' coffee unit that does not 'do the job'. When you stay in this hotel do visit the 17th floor at sunset for stunning views over the Andes mountain range!

I was not at all impressed with the food in the restaurant , I ate twice and both times it did not meet my expectations and actually found it quite pricy. Rather take a 5 minute walk out of the hotel as there are many excellent restaurants with all sorts of options just outside of the hotel. Alternatively take a 10 minute walk to Parque Arauco where you will find an even more extensive range of options, the one I can recommend is "Neli" in the food court.

Nice infrastructure with great amenities. The breakfast offered many options. and the service was excellent. Location was incredible in a nice area. The employees were very nice and with a great dispositions to help on anything,.

the food and breakfast was very good with many options. However, the only think that caught my attention was the kitchen were a gentleman was making the omelets. It looks a little dirty. But nothing mayor>

Everything was perfect! The staff was amazing and they were always super kind. I had problems with my luggage and they were 100% available to solve the issue and help me with my necessities. Also, at the end of my stay, they prepared a snack for me to take to the airport. The view from the rooms to the mountain range was fantastic, and the hotel is located in a super good avenue, close to the best restaurants and in a safe place.

Large comfortable room, great view from the 14th floor. Good breakfast. Helpful staff, most spoke good English which helped us. Our second stay and restaurant staff very helpful this time regarding food allergies, one of us needs gluten free. We had a lovely dinner at the top floor restaurant.

Slightly more traffic noise in the room this time but ear plugs did the job.

Layout good, all facilities that I required was available, friendly staff. When small issues staff resolved effectively and without making it difficult.

Window didn’t seal, therefore traffic noise at night woke me up almost constantly. Cleaning staff did not always replenish the free bottles of water. Coffee maker is NOT correct device to provide boiling water for tea!

Excellent service, location and some amenities.

It announced a spa with massage. That was one important reason to choose this hotel. When I arrived on Sunday, I was told that the massuge comes only on weekends. Since we were leaving on Friday, we will not be able to use that service.
