The hotel is great! The staff overall are very good. We booked the king suite with a view and the views are incredible and the king suite was large and very comfortable. The beds were great. The hotel is in a nice safe location. The breakfast was very good and the pool is pretty nice.

We booked a room so that we could arrive early on the next day. Looked like they gave away our room to someone else. The check-in staff for some reason said they don't have the kind of room that we booked and that booking.com had the wrong photos. But, somehow later that day they were able to give us the room (even though they said it was not a room they had). Weird!

Very good breakfast, comfortable and large room. Location is superb with many wonderful and honesty prices. Beautiful place, secure and clean. I would recommend to all whom want to spend great days in Santiago.

Ok, it is not a resort, but would be good if it was offered a end day coquetel in the roof top which is very beautiful with a great view. I did not like the restrooms near the recaption. It must be improved.

I reserved and paid for a triple room however the room wasn’t ready for 3, had to request a comforter when arrived at night and towels twice the next morning Access and many elevators was confusing, additional signage would help Would be helpful if the parking staff tells driver which floor Hyatt guest should park at Staff could be friendlier, some are and some aren’t, which makes the personal experience inconsistent

I arrived early in the morning and was planning to leave my bags behind the desk and come back for my 3pm check in. But, the receptionist said my room was ready and allowed us to go ahead in as a courtesy. Usually they charge half-night rates for this kind of thing. I was really grateful and got an hour of sleep after the long flight. In general, the food at the restaurant was very good and the staff were all courteous and helpful. The area around the hotel was safe for walking and full of restaurants as well. I'm really glad I stayed here instead of an Air BNB and the price was very competitive compared to what we received.

Has been a regular stop over within a few months of its opening. Great location with mall shopping nearby, lots of eateries and entertainment opportunities. Great family venue.

Indoor 13th floor pool and leisure areas requiring some uplift and pool seemed to be lacking best cleaning endeavours.

The staff at the hotel was exceptional. The restaurant staff and manager each spoke to us personally every day and asked about our stay and what we had seen or done the previous day. The front desk staff offered a late check out when they realized our flight left late in the evening. This allowed us to comfortably enjoy another full day in Santiago and rest before catching our flight.

Everything was perfect.

We loved the breakfast. A bunch of fruits and breads to choose from. Coffee machine was a plus. Bedrooms were smelling fresh and we loved it. Extra large towels were a plus as well. Will return for sure.

The property is kinda far from things but since we were driving it was not that bad but we heard people complaining about it and trying to get a transportation to reach malls and restaurants.

Nice hotel and in a great area! Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Security was great! Nice walking path just steps from the hotel.

The installations look new and clean. The location was amazing, secure and peaceful.

The bathroom has a constant sewer smell. That was the only problem with the room.

The location of the hotel is really good and the personnel is friendly. The breakfast view is superb, with a look to the mountains.

The hotel did not score higher due to the water pressure at the rooms. It really drips. No pressure at the shower, unfortunately.
