Staff is friendly and accommodating as is always the case here. Rooms are clean, comfortable, soundproofed and overall excellent for a good rest. Hotel services are always great, breakfast is abundant and excellent. Staff was very keen to accommodating an extreme late check-in and the process (at 2am) went swiftly

Experienced a very minor glitch (control systems are apparently calculating an incorrect local time (local timezone shifted to daylight savings recently) and everyone who was set to checkout on a given day was being locked out of their rooms one hour ahead of time. The front desk supervisor did an amazing job getting it fixed for everyone quite swiftly.

Top notch in terms of staff friendliness and overall service. As usual, Latin Grill is a top-notch place to dine (and a big shout-out to Miguel, with his always friendly first class service). The rooms are spacious, comfortable, well equipped and soundproofed, views are outstanding.

Some parts of the room would benefit from a facelift (tiles in the shower look a little bit too vintage, as does some wallpaper in the bathroom). Restaurants would be even better with longer hours into the night.

One of the two beds had a very poor mattress making for an uncomfortable sleep - one room had aircon that didn’t work and they did not clean the floors so feet were very very dirty when walking around the suite

It’s a very nice and fancy family hotel, excellent location. Breakfast was amazing.

We ordered pizza for room service and was very bad. Parking is not included free of charge. The swimming pool isn’t warm as it used to be.

Overall the stay was very good. Location is superb, staff is extremely helpful, but the facilities were not perfect. My assigned room had a broken AC, it took 3 days to solve the issue by moving me to another room were some lights were not working either. Besides, the pool, sauna, Spa, and jacuzzi all were closed even though that was not specified during the booking.

The room is great and food is delicious. Room service was quick and efficient. Menu selection was diverse.

They are stuck in the way. The front desk are NOT flexible! They dont go the extra mile for you. If checkin is at 4pm it’s 4pm. It’s not personal the service here.

The area where the hotel is situated was great, right beside Parque Arauco 👍

Unfortunately, the bed size for 2 grownups to share was to small, only 140 cm. 180 cm would have been so much better and I would have rate it as the greatest place to stay in Stgo
