I consider my stay at Views Cordillera a pleasant one. Receiving the keys went smoothly. The apartment is located in a safe and quiet area near a metro station and a supermarket and kiosks. The view from the apartment was indeed stunning. There is a public swimming pool on the top floor.

Only minor issues. The shower hose unfortunately leaked a lot. One of the bedrooms was actually an open living room with a bed, which I don't think was explicitly stated in the ad. The kitchen has a dishwasher, but there were no dishwasher tablets, and we couldn't get any in the store.

The people at this building were really nice and with manners. For example - people would hold doors open for you - etc. The location is walking distance to two groceries stores (Santa Isabel & Lider) so its easy to get supplies. It was cold outside and the heat worked well in the unit. The washer also worked well. Water was hot and the bed was comforatable for a person over 6 feet tall. It's a really nice neighborhood to walk around - lots of people with dogs. This unit also had a nice balacony so you could sit outside and get some fresh air. The location is close to a main boulveard but this unit is on the other side of the building so although you don't have a mountain view it is a little quieter. The folks in the rental office also communicated well and made the process easy.

The only thing I can remember is one of the burners on the stove didn't work properly. However, the unit had a microwave and oven so there was a work around. I'm sure if I would have notified the office this would have been fixed as they were working hard to make my stay a good one.

I would complain about anything, but if there’s only one thing to say was every time we got Uber, it was very far from the tourists places we had to go.

In a great location, safe and has everything you need around it e.g supermarket, shops, places to eat, Metro stop. Apartment ideal for family.

Would have liked a few more lights in the living room (only one lamp and one light!)

The apartment is close to a Metro station, in an upscale neighborhood of Santiago. There was daily cleaning service and 24-hour reception. As the company office is close to the apartment, it was possible to pay the 2nd night onwards in cash, without VAT.

It's not exactly a problem, but the pool on the rooftop is not heated, and it wasn't pleasant to use it even during the summertime.

Clean and modern apartment in a good location. The place is quite small, but has all the amenities you need (full kitchenette, washing machine in the bathroom)

You need to buy your own laundry detergent if using the machine, and the aircon is only in the bedroom so the rest of the place gets quite hot

Lovely apartment, with good kitchen, dining room, excellent WiFi and good views of the mountains. The beds were very comfortable, and all equipment in the kitchen worked perfectly. Gym was also well equipped.

Nothing major, would have loved if soap and shampoo were provided.

Location and size !!

No cable for the wifi speaker ( not many people travel with a type C adaptor charger ) it does not work with the iPhone model adapter so you know.. is a different type adaptor ! So it was frustrating!

the building is very nice and clean! good facilities and looks very pretty

the only very inconvenient thing about the building is that is is split in half by the elevators and that the right and left side of the different levels aren’t connected. so you have to travel all the way to the ground floor and take the elevator up again if you want to visit the appartments on the other side of the building. however if you only have 1 appartment with your group this is not an issue for you.

This is a very nice, modern, clean and spacious (for a couple). It has all the amenities one might need (incl. a washing machine directly in the apartment!), with great views. The location was not very central, however it was very connected to the centre via metro. The neighbouring felt safe and peaceful. Highly recommend! We enjoyed the stay a lot.
