Location was perfect for us, since we were having a medical check up at the hospital a block away. Also, shops and great restaurants are at walking distance. Breakfast was good and varied. Room was good, no more than needed. Good bed, maybe it would have been nice to have hand towels, only one was provided the first day and then it was gone and not replaced. Staff was great, always willing to help in any way. It is good to be at a place were staff seems to enjoy their job!

We had to ask twice to have the coffee capsules replenished, as they usually do in other hotels that have a coffee machine in the room. When they finally replaced them, we were charged....seemed odd.

The location of the Ladera is perfect for a visit to Santiago. It is in Providencia, one of the nicest suburbs in the city, surrounded by low rise colonial housing, but within ten-twenty minutes walk of the adjacent national park with its cable car to the Santuario San Cristobal statue overlooking the city, the Costanera Centre with the tallest sky scraper in South America, and all the nice restaurants in Providencia. All of these things, plus the snow capped mountains, were visible from the super rooftop pool. The staff were excellent, knowledgeable and helpful. Food was of high quality although perhaps a little limited in range and the rooms were smart and clean. The hop-on hop-off bus stops right outside the hotel at the bus stop which serves many other parts of the city - and the metro is only ten-fifteen minutes walk if you prefer that.

The hotel advertises bikes to borrow free of charge, but the only serviceable ones when we visited were in poor condition. It was the end of their summer season, but a shame to miss out on this small opportunity. There are many cycleways across the city so I would recommend doing this if you can get some bikes.

The room was great for a solo traveler like me. A large person might be cramped in the WC. The staff was fantastic and the breakfast very nice. The best thing about this hotel is the location. The neighborhood is fancy. A short walk to the north gets you to the park at cerro San Cristobal. A short walk to the south over the river gets you to stores, restaurants and the Los leones metro station on line 1. About 2 blocks NE on Los Conquistadores is a trattoria with delicious pasta and pizza. Rooftop pool was great. Should I ever visit Santiago again, I would stay here.

They charge for coffee pods after the first day?? How cheap is that? The shower door was coming off the hinges. There weren't many surfaces to put things on...it seemed like there had been a planned piece of furniture under the TV (based on the excess amount of power outlets and the height of the power outlets, but there was nothing there). And I guess this is more of a Booking.com thing, but Booking.com charged someone else in our group who booked a month later, some 30% less and included breakfast...and we did not have breakfast included. I'm starting to like Booking.com less and less and will begin booking with alternate companies.

Not the property itself more the rules of Chile, be prepared to put everything on credit card or you’ll be charged 19% to use debit cards in the hotel . They seem to want US dollers too (cash seems ok to use)

What I liked about Ladera Boutique Hotel is that it’s a beautifully designed, modern, and stylish place with great interior decor and a cozy, comfortable atmosphere. The pool was a highlight, offering a fantastic view, and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making the stay even better.

What I didn’t like was the breakfast—it felt quite limited, with very few options, and the only hot dish available was eggs, which was a bit disappointing.

Hotel was great!!! In a quiet safe area within walking distance to cable car and hop-on/off bus. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful with suggestions for dinner and arranging taxis and tours. Roof top pool was relaxing with covered area to sit and read. Room was fine with stall shower and king bed.

I would have liked more English channel programs on the tv. Also breakfast staff being more available. We did not know they had cooked on order eggs until our last day.

Me and my wife were both very happy with our stay at Ladera. The location in Providencia is great, just across the river from some great restaurants and many shops towards the metro station, while also close to the Costanera mall. Easy to get to public transport and the neighbourhood is not crowded, relatively quiet except for traffic on the adjacent main road. Our roam was spacious, well ventilated and thoroughly cleaned. The continental breakfast was great and I did not find anything lacking in this regard. The pool area on the last floor gives a great view of the surrounding area, especially towards the higher building in the East. Personally, I was very happy with the reception staff that were kind enough to help me thoroughly when my phone was stolen in Santiago (watch out for people dressed as food delivery workers) and local PDI officers had to come to the hotel to take our statement. They were of great help.

The hotel's location is within walking distance of the cable car to Cerro San Cristobal and about 15 minutes walk from Sky Costanera. The swimming pool has a spectacular view of just the Sky Costanera and other skyscrapers. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, the hotel could use some upgrading to get 10. The pool would be good to clean and paint and so would the bathrooms, I stayed at this hotel 6 years ago and you can see it has become a bit run down.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, and luckily for us spoke English. Rooftop terrace was great, beautiful views, and relaxing. Size of room was great. Location was really nice - quiet and nice area of the city, still close to restaurants and metro.

Room setup was weird - no table or place to put things near entrance. One lamp did not work and lighting overall was weak. Also hard to change temperature.
