I liked the location. The room was cozy and comfortable
Sink did not work, and staff did not notice about it. While check out, staff could not provide confirmation letter with invoice I drank tea with pot, room service did not clean the pot for two days

Once we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist told us that no room was available, even thogh we had a confirmation from booking.com. We had to find and book another Hotel on shorthand. To put it in a nutshell this whole booking was a catastrophy.
