Hotel is very well located. Good breakfast. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The main hotel asset is the extraordinary attention of the staff. Menu in dinner buffet is improvable.

Room was very comfortable , gym was also good, never too busy during the day. Staff in the executive lounge were excellent.

Only minor details regarding the " executive lounge " the outside Amber lounge could have been amazing however it was a little drab with cheap plastic furniture also no breakfast offer and during the day a small table with a few biscuits and a couple of soft drinks, as far as executive lounges go it didn't stack up to other Pan Pac hotels I have stayed at or any other exec lounge in any other hotel, but credit were credit is due, the staff were excellent , they tried very hard and did an outstanding job and the evening food on offer was great quality.

My husband and I had a wonderful time throughout our stay at Pan Pacific Beijing. Hotel is situated at a quiet location yet it is easy accessible to shopping malls like Joy City and Grand Pacific Mall which have many good restaurants. There is also a Starbucks cafe next to the hotel and 7-11 convenient store nearby. Subway station (Xidan) is also within walking distance (5-7 minutes). Places like Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square and Wangfujing Pedestrain Street are also quite nearby by subway. Hotel staff were warm and hospitable. Though we arrived at the hotel in the morning, Lynn who attended to us arranged a room for us to check in right away. It was bonus for us especially after a night flight, and we were able to have a room checked in to freshen up. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was big and comfortable. Great housekeeping and each day when we got back to the hotel room, it was tidied. Hotel breakfast was good enough. Simply delightful! Thank you Lynn for your warm service. We look forward to returning to Pan Pacific Beijing in the near future.

The room was outstanding, very spacious, modern bathroom, clean and great facilities. Value for money, this hotel offered a fantastic modern room for a very reasonable price. Breakfast was good, a variety of every cuisine, veering towards more Asian. The pool was great, open early and a great temperature. We booked a club room so had access to the Amber Lounge and perks .. a daily menu, snacks and drinks throughout the day were good. Location of the hotel is great and the staff on reception, were all friendly and helpful. Very close to some of the major sites and great shopping street.

The room was very very hot and we couldn’t turn down the thermostat. The sauna and jacuzzi were not in operation when I visited which was a pity and the spa menu was only available in Chinese so I passed on treatments. Club lounge offering was sparse compared to other hotels with lounge access and only offered 1 free drink a day.

I enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffet as the price is reasonable and the spread of food is wide.The service is great too! The front desk staff attended to us was very friendly and offerred us high floor and bigger room since we were going to stay for 4 nights and also arranged early check-in for us as per request. The bedsheet, towel etc were new, clean and of excellent quality.

The choice of food from the Japanese restaurant is limited. Although the restaurant is clean, food quality is good and service is excellent however I wanted to leave ASAP cos the staff were speaking very loudly non stop during my visit there.

A wonderful hotel, located in the city center, the staff is very pleasant and ready to help. The room is gorgeous, with a beautiful view of the pool, a large and elegant bathroom, gorgeous breakfasts. We took dinners for a fee, they were also great and varied, everything was very tasty. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

The refrigerator makes noise sometimes, it gets in the way at night. It needs to be fixed. But it didn't spoil our rest.

The facilities in the room was nice the roof Resturant was very nice with many veg options. Staff spoke English and were very polite friendly and helpful. Neo the head concierge was the only English speaking person there and he is an asset to the hotel . Very helpful and friendly. Loved him .!

The front desk staff seemed lost and confused and didn’t speak English. House keeping did just the basic cleaning could have done more and not leave some marked floor mats .

Service!!! Exceptional in every way and willing to help us every step of the way. Always with a smile on their faces and a positive attitude! An absolute medal deserves to be awarded to the concierge Jack Sun, who was in contact with us throughout our stay, advising us on what to visit in the area, sharing tips on the city, booking taxi rides and being a lovely man at the same time - Jack, thank you very much! Everything was really great! Rooms modern and very thoroughly cleaned every day. Delicious and very generous breakfasts. The location was fabulous.

I can't praise Pan Pacific Beijing enough. All staffs I encountered were so lovely. They made me feel very welcomed on the first day arriving in Beijing. Thanks a million for the room upgrade. What an amazing surprise. ❤️😊 My husband and I love Pan Pacific brand very much. We always stayed at Pan Pacific in the past while visiting Singapore. I must say Pan Pacific Beijing is just as exceptional. Location is also very central. I stopped at the amber bar for a pre dinner drink, how gorgeous the rooftop terrace was. I highly recommend this hotel. 😁👍

Great location, friendly staff, cool & chic design, clean. Liked the automatic light in the bathroom and the night light. The remote of the curtains. The heated floor of the bathroom area.

The design isn’t practical. For example, there are only 2 drawer in the executive room. We had to put things on the tops, which didn’t look tidy. Another example is the shower. The floor looks cool, however it isn’t tilted and the drainage is hidden, therefore, the water overflows.
