First time staying at this hotel we were impressed with the level of comfort and services we received. All staff were polite and attentive. Front desk and lounge staff were a pleasure to deal with. Our suite was well presented, spacious and clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Our housekeeping lady 栗女士 looked after us extremely well. She paid attention to every detail of our needs and habits, which made us feel at home. The buffet breakfast on level 4 had a nice blend of traditional Chinese and western food with a great variety to choose from. Again, staff there were excellent and nothing is too much for them. One staff member even went to the trouble to track me down to my seat and hand delivered me a pork dish that had been temporarily unavailable from his food station. Gym and pool facilities were excellent. Equipment was wiped clean after every use. (A little cooler in the gym would be even better.) I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely go back!

The Marriott was an exceptional Hotel, and sadly we only stayed for one night, I wish I stayed longer. In any way it is an amazing Hotel, with walking distance or short taxi ride to the center of bejing. Lady at the Reception Desk who goes by the name Triangel Dai, she was an exceptrional lady. She is indeed an asset to the Hotel. In one could struggle to find a person speaking english, so to find Triangel to explain for us how we go about to do things in bejing was definetly a God sent. She was so great in explaning in what we should be doing and how we go about things. She was definetly the Highlight of our stay at JW Marriott.

The spa area is separate for men and women, so you cannot count on relaxing time in sauna and jacuzzi with your partner and/or friends unless they are the same gender as you.

Infrastructure in general is good.

The lady at the checkout was unfriendly and showed no customer service spirit: no eye contact, no smiles, and no questions about my stay. When I asked for the receipt for the payment (Yes, I had to ask for it), she looked confused and unhappy with the situation. When passing me the sheet, no envelope, no explanation, nothing. I haven't even heard a thank you. She just said “finish”. Very rude. I wouldn't expect this low level of customer service in a JW Marriott. We know we’re in China, but even so. That was a bad farewell.

We stayed only for one night, so everything seemed to be perfect. Spacious room and bathroom, there were all facilities we need, a lot of space for keeping clothes. Breakfast was really delicious with a various choice of ciusines.

The process of check-in and check-out was quite long because they decided to take deposit (I don't like deposits at all in any hotel) and I wanted to pay in cash (US dollars). We spent almost 15 mins to have the check-in and check-out done because of their procedure to put money in envelope, then wrap it in tape, sign some papers and so on.

I enjoyed the restaurant buffet very much. I thought the hotel the hotel did a very good job on giving a wide variety of options to choose from. The quality of the foods seem very high also.

I thought it was very rude and inconsiderate the restaurant Staff seated me at the breakfast buffet 20 minutes before it closed without any warning or proper notice. During my meal while I was still hungry, they took away all the breakfast options in transition to lunch. To make things worse the restaurant staff told me breakfast was closed and I was not allowed to eat the lunch food. I think the restaurant staff could use some more training on proper service to people who were paying customers.

Beautiful property! Location was perfect! Metro station within 5 minutes walk. There is a nearby mall right behind the hotel with many restaurants. The staff were great and the room was comfortable and clean! Our room was quiet and big enough for our family of four. The housekeeping staff was super accommodating and friendly during our stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the JW Marriott in Beijing, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the luxurious yet welcoming ambiance of the hotel. The lobby was elegant, and the staff were incredibly professional and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The room itself was a true highlight. It was beautifully furnished, very spacious, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. Despite the central location of the hotel, the room was remarkably quiet, allowing for a peaceful night’s sleep in the plush, comfortable bed. The attention to detail in the room’s design really stood out, making it a perfect retreat after a busy day. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was an exceptional experience. The food was of the highest quality, and the variety offered catered to both local and international tastes. Every meal was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, with the service matching the excellence of the cuisine. Overall, my stay at the JW Marriott Beijing was nothing short of outstanding. It is the perfect place for anyone seeking a blend of luxury, comfort, and top-notch service in the heart of the city. I look forward to returning on my next visit to Beijing!

It was a business conference, it all went smoothly. The hotel is certainly prepared and experienced for this type of occasions, and the facilities can surely meet the standards. Staff ok, friendly, young. The older ones are usually quite busy and rushed.

There was a lot of exchange going on with new acquaintances and contacts at the conference, and what I did miss was an area in which business could be carried out without sitting in a large unfriendly lobby. The Chinese restaurant opens at odd hours, and the buffet is not an option (food quality is good, but it is still a buffet). It is quite uncomfortable having to move to another hotel (in the very middle of Beijing) or restaurant to resume business after an intense conference/exchange.
