First time staying at this hotel we were impressed with the level of comfort and services we received. All staff were polite and attentive. Front desk and lounge staff were a pleasure to deal with. Our suite was well presented, spacious and clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Our housekeeping lady 栗女士 looked after us extremely well. She paid attention to every detail of our needs and habits, which made us feel at home. The buffet breakfast on level 4 had a nice blend of traditional Chinese and western food with a great variety to choose from. Again, staff there were excellent and nothing is too much for them. One staff member even went to the trouble to track me down to my seat and hand delivered me a pork dish that had been temporarily unavailable from his food station. Gym and pool facilities were excellent. Equipment was wiped clean after every use. (A little cooler in the gym would be even better.) I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely go back!

The spa area is separate for men and women, so you cannot count on relaxing time in sauna and jacuzzi with your partner and/or friends unless they are the same gender as you.

I enjoyed the restaurant buffet very much. I thought the hotel the hotel did a very good job on giving a wide variety of options to choose from. The quality of the foods seem very high also.

I thought it was very rude and inconsiderate the restaurant Staff seated me at the breakfast buffet 20 minutes before it closed without any warning or proper notice. During my meal while I was still hungry, they took away all the breakfast options in transition to lunch. To make things worse the restaurant staff told me breakfast was closed and I was not allowed to eat the lunch food. I think the restaurant staff could use some more training on proper service to people who were paying customers.

The food was of the highest quality, and the variety offered catered to both local and international tastes. Every meal was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, with the service matching the excellence of the cuisine. Overall, my stay at the JW Marriott Beijing was nothing short of outstanding. It is the perfect place for anyone seeking a blend of luxury, comfort, and top-notch service in the heart of the city. I look forward to returning on my next visit to Beijing!

It was a business conference, it all went smoothly. The hotel is certainly prepared and experienced for this type of occasions, and the facilities can surely meet the standards. Staff ok, friendly, young. The older ones are usually quite busy and rushed.

There was a lot of exchange going on with new acquaintances and contacts at the conference, and what I did miss was an area in which business could be carried out without sitting in a large unfriendly lobby. The Chinese restaurant opens at odd hours, and the buffet is not an option (food quality is good, but it is still a buffet). It is quite uncomfortable having to move to another hotel (in the very middle of Beijing) or restaurant to resume business after an intense conference/exchange.

The service excellence and care with me and my family was remarkable. We really felt looked after and cared for. The rooms are huge, the beds are very comfortable and the environment extremely pleasant. We would definitely stay at Marriott again

Sadly the men and women’s Ofurô and saunas are separated. So if you are travelling with your wife and children they are unable to enjoy the amenities as a family.

Hello, It was my first time here in Beijijng and it was fantastic and staying in this Hotel was a great part of this experience. Haley and Eddie from reception, Tom from concierge and many more staff were very keen on given me a pleasant stay. And that worked very well. No question was too much and arranging taxis or explaining me were to go was very good. Getting Ali-pay or WeChat is a must for staying in China. Only wifi can be better. Now you share an internet connection with everybody in the hotel. That should be different. But mobile wifi solved this. Hotel is near metro and that is a very good thing. Public transport is quick, clean, safe and easy. Everything is in English so we used it a lot. If I go back to Beijing I am going t stay here again for sure.

Wifi is now a central acces point that everybody in the hotel uses and that makes it slow and it stopped when I used VPN and that prevented me from getting acces to bank and insurance website in the the Netherlands.

Good location- walkable to qianmen, easy to take subway, and lots of eateries in zhuangseng square. And great staff with excellent services

Could have done better on room type changes. I was asked to switch room, I packed and ready to change but by 8:00 pm nothing happened and I ended up staying in the same room

Friendly and very helpful staff. The bed was very comfortable and the venue was in the heart of the city.

It was missing the international cuisines. The options were very limited.
