It was really clean and the not expensive at all. Sightseeing spots weren't that far away, the beds were really comfy

Sadly the personnel does not speak English, which is a shame, because not all people have a translator or want to haggle to be understood, this is a huge minus. Additionally, you cannot pay with your card, only alipay, we chat and so on, or cash, which was very confusing to us as our cards do get accepted worldwide. I think people should be informed of that, as you have to pay right at the check in. Other than that, the staff was really, really nice to us.

Highly recommended hotel for Western travelers! This was our first time traveling in China, and this hotel made the experience much easier. We checked in at 2 a.m., and the receptionist was waiting for us. Everything went smoothly from there. Our room was very quiet, and we slept like babies. The staff had a reliable translation device, which made communication effortless. They also helped us buy SIM cards, called taxis whenever we needed them, booked appointments, and even stored our luggage while we visited the Great Wall. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience! If we ever return to Beijing, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are absolutely incredible. We do not speak mandarin but they went out of their way to try and communicate with us and help us whenever we needed it. Bernice, David and one of the female front desk workers were particularly helpful and welcoming. They helped us work WeChat and book our trains and tickets to various events. They always greeted us with water and smiles. They made our stay. The room itself was clean and very comfortable. There is daily room cleaning which was very nice having fresh towels. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend booking here for a budget friendly option!

Really enjoyed this place. Good beds and shower, tv even had english speaking channels. Location is super easy to get around the city and to/from airport (remember to do screenshots if you don't have internet access or get a map). Writing of hotel is only in chinese so we passed it at first, but it looks like the picture on here. Service was excellent. Such nice people! Heaps of local restaurants and shops around the corner from the hotel too. Would love to stay here again.

For improvement, It would be good to wash the curtains in the room as they smelled of smoke, which sat my astma off a bit.

The staff were friendly. The hotel is near the Beijing Railway station and Beijing Railway metro station. I arrived Beijing in the early morning of late February on a late night flight, it was great comfort and welcome when they said my room is ready and can check-in. What welcome me was a warm room, comfort bed, and a refreshing and rejuvenating hot bath. The shower pressure was strong and need not have to wait long for hot water. There are lots of eateries, great many choice for breakfast, lunch and even dinner. It is also near ZhongYangMen shopping area, TianAn Men square, QianMen walking street, Forbidden Palace, Museum, and WangFuJing shopping area. They are within 1 or 2 metro station on line 1, or 10-20mins walking. You can either take the metro or walk. I opted for walking even in a near freezing winter morning.

The staff, location and cleanliness were all excellent. We felt very welcome in the hotel, which was a great introduction to our first time in China. The surrounding area has a few lovely restaurants and useful shops, and the road is easily accessible for DiDi drivers to collect you. Staff were so kind and welcoming, the language barrier wasn’t an issue at all. We would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Beijing!

Only complaint was the WiFi wasn’t the best, but it was useable.

Everyone was really friendly and while though most did not speak English they have a translating device on hand to help with any questions and the overall checkin process was really easy and smooth. Also super close to the metro station and really quick to get from the main airport.

The rooms are pretty sound proof but the entry door of the room echos the hallway but everyone was really quite at night so it was not a problem.

The room was warm and well-maintained. The tea in the room was nice too. The hotel is very close to a subway station. The station itself is a transfer one between the first line (which provides access to a lot of attractions) and a circle line. They also accept western bank cards

The hotel is located very close to Beijing Railway station, moreover it’s was quite easy to grab bikes and ride to any tourist attraction in the city centre. There is a nice cafe next to the hotel and several grocery stores. The room was cleaned every day. Actually I expected room to be more spacious but it was ok for us since we just spent nights at the hotel.

You can hear the people talking in the corridors but at night it was quiet.

Helpful staff, very good location, clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel is located in between two metro stations (both are in 5 mins by walk) which makes it very accessible.
