The room is nice, cleaned, modern, organized. And the location is excellent. The apartment is in IFC mall which has all the brands. The metro station is near as well so it was easy to move and travel. Staff are very helpful and they know English. Few things only to be improved. 1. Breakfast is not nice and specially for Arab, it would be better to add some intercontinental foods like beans, hash brown...etc. 2. The service of the houspeeking very good but not wow or excellent. It would be better to improve and be more specified while tidying up the bed and cleaning. Overall experience, gratefull and enjoyed. I will be back to stay in same apartment and wish to continue same level of service and even better.

Excellent sized room with all the amenities we needed including a washer/dryer. Lovely furnishings and comfortable bed. The gym and pool were clean and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is attached to the IFC mall and within walking distance to the Shanghai Tower (the tallest skyscraper in Shanghai) - there are many good food options in both places. Close to subway and nice boardwalk by the river that looks across to the Bund. It's in the financial district so perhaps quieter than other areas of Shanghai but still within easy reach of everything. Some nice museums nearby also.

Located in the Lujiazui financial district and situated above IFC Mall, it provides easy access to high-end shopping and fantastic dining and fast food options. The hotel is also well-connected, sitting at the Metro train intersection of Lujiazui (#2 Line) and Pudong RD South (#14 Line) stations, making it easy to reach many attractions like Nanjing Road and Yu Garden. The boutique-style setting creates a tranquil ambiance, and the spacious room design makes for a comfortable stay, especially for us who prefer a non-traditional hotel layout. The buffet breakfast, though smaller in variety compared to larger hotels, still offers a pleasant selection, and the staff provide exceptionally attentive and personalized service. The reception staff communicate well in English, making interactions smooth and hassle-free. Overall, this hotel was a delightful surprise for our Family holiday in all aspects.

The only minor drawback is that the single bed felt a bit short.

Very central on the Pudong side for us. Room is comfortable, Did not have breakfast at the hotel. Should set up streaming service for guests to use their cable TV subscription service to watch movies.

Concierge and some of the Front office staff have limited to no English language ability. This was the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The first time was in 2019 before Covid19. Feels that the standard of service has fallen somewhat.

Very convenient with kitchen and large space for a good price. Connected to the IFC Mall, which is also connected to Ritz Carlton, so you know it’s a high standard place. Metro is connected to the mall and if you go toward the Pearl, you will find many restaurants and shops. I preferred that side of the city, easy access to the other side by taxi for a low cost. Also possible to take boat- I didn’t use metro there.

Breakfast too expensive for what we get. Very limited variety of food, dried/old bread, but it was ok. Next time I will cook in the apartment.

The location is top notch in Shanghai financial district, from the IFC Mall, you can walk out on the overhead pedestrian walkway to have 360 degree view of the Oriental Tower and the magnificent sky scrapers in this area. Shops and restaurants are found below the apartment. The apartment is on the high end of fittings and furniture, our apartment has the Pudong financial district view. The reception staff was courteous and helpful.

Although the apartment's lounge and kitchen area were ample, the bedrooms were on the small end. Once the luggages were opened on the floor, not much room was left to walk. To our disappointment, the breakfast had limited choice and hot food was lukewarm.

The location, I believe is the best in Shanghai you can do all shopping and eating in the same area. The hotel is in the same complex with a big mall. The 2-room suites we have rented has sitting and eating area that is clean, specious with 2 bedrooms. The view from 26 floors you would think is it was taken from ad magazine! The area is a live with people (not crowded) things to do.

To reach the two bedrooms suites you have to use two elevators

Always neat and cozy both in the room and allover the hotel. Staff is supportive, I asked to change the floor with any solid reason and within hours I got the desired room. Breakfast, laundry, cleaning, swimming pool great. Location is not far from the sightseeing tunnel and also convenient for the Exhibition visitors. Lear to rent a bike. View is magnificent, 3 tallest scrappers also here, large mall, Starbucks and Shake Shack.

Please replace plastic flowers with the real ones and extend swimming pool operation till 11 PM, people come late from work. Slight improvement of the breakfast with dairy products and more fruits is welcome.

The rooms are a really good size and well maintained. The location is also right in the middle of the financial district; well connected to get to the rest of Shanghai and a plenty in the location vacinity

Let down by the non-existing service from the hotel staff. Messages ignored and everything just seemed like too much trouble for them.
