We had a great 6-week stay here. The apartment was spacious and comfortably furnished. One of the things we appreciated most was the gentleman at the front desk, who routinely went above and beyond to help us and make us comfortable. The area around the hotel is very walkable, with a nice river walk very close by. The Metro station is only about a 5 walk from the hotel, and you'll pass a lot of very nice restaurants along the way. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

One small complaint would be that the apartment could have used a bit more kitchenware, specifically plates, silverware, and a couple of pots/pans.

The people at the reception were always very kind and helpful, even the cleaning lady was super kind, everything was very good. Thank you again for everything! The apartment I rented was really very large and spacious. Location: Excellent and easy to access. The property is located within a complex of buildings . Kettle and tea available. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby and a Starbucks. A few steps away from the metro stop

The hardness of 1 of the bed, It wasn't easy to find the entrance od residence. I didn't use the kitchen, maybe there were few cooking tools

Came for a business trip. Very spacious. And 45 min walk from the expo center. The man at the front desk was really helpful , giving directions and helping book taxi.

No front signs so it was a bit of a problem to find. But the reception people helped us through whatsapp.

This apartment was the perfect choice for our trip, as we attended an expo at the Shanghai New International Expo Center, located just 3.3 km away. Commuting via “Uber” (Didi in China) to the expo center was both convenient and affordable. Alternatively, the metro is another option, with the Fangdian Road station (exit 3) being the closest. The journey involves about five stops and two line transfers. We stayed for a week, so the space and amenities of the apartment were far more comfortable than a hotel room. The apartment was equipped with a washing machine and kitchen appliances. Although we didn’t cook, the variety of restaurants downstairs made dining easy. On some days, we even bought takeout to enjoy in the apartment, which added to the homey feel. The apartment was cleaned daily, with bottled water restocked, trash taken out, and beds made. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who prefers the flexibility and comfort of staying in their own space while traveling.

The washing machine occasionally displayed an error during a standard wash and dry cycle, so we had to manually set it to spin and dry. Just to nitpick a little, one of the beds squeaked and creaked more on one side, which was a bit distracting. Additionally, a lamp in one of the rooms had a wiring issue and would unexpectedly turn off at times.

Cosy, homy feel and spacious. Plenty of shops around the block for literally anything. Easy to travel around with public transport as well. Definitely will stay again.

It was not an easy place to find at the very first time. Otherwise, everything is good.

This place actually is as nice and roomy as the pictures. It's a really great break from the busy city. It's quiet and there's plenty of room and the beds and couch are comfortable (bed a little harder I think but depends on what you like). There is one person working there who can speak very good English and is very nice.

It would help if there were things to cook and eat. There is a full kitchen but no utensils or bowls or anything 😂only 2 cups. It's also not in a touristy area so for example there is maybe not much vegetarian food around, but there are nice coffee places nearby and some food options and stores 🙂

The apartment is near the center, close to Century Avenue Station, Xujiahui. Very nice and clean neighborhood, 4 minutes walking distance to the subway. The staff at the front desk are helpful with anything you might need. There were some cleaning issues but the staff at the front desk solved them. The beds aren't super soft like other hotels where you tend to sink in, but not super hard either, kind of medium, good for your back. Entry to the apartments and inside of building is by the cards, everything is clean and safe. A big plus is the fact that washing machine has drying function, in Shanghai humid climate it is a must. Definitely recommend it.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Lujiazui More Residence and were thoroughly impressed. The facility is clean, and our room was spacious and comfortable. Its central location in the Lujiazui financial district made it incredibly convenient, with easy access to the Metro and a plethora of nearby restaurants. A special shoutout to Mr. Li (李佳佳) at the front desk, who went above and beyond to assist us with any request. His friendly and attentive service truly enhanced our experience. We highly recommend this apartment hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

The only minor drawback was the WiFi in our room #506, which didn’t work well during our stay. However, this small issue didn’t overshadow our overall positive experience.

Service staff is friendly and helpful. Spacious room. Towels are changed everyday. The metro station is just a short walk away. Many food eateries around the area. Late check out with no extra costs.

There are no cutleries in the kitchen. Small inconvenience.

Everything excelent great location, near shopping center. Good staff good service. Near to metro station just walk 3minute.

Little bit dusty maybe longtime no one stay there. Remote ac only have 1 upstair. And soap very little bit only.
