The property was in good condition, clean with everything we needed for a short stay. Great shower. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Lorena and Jose did breakfast in the morning and they were very lovely. Lorena was practising her English and was always asking if she could bring us more. The breakfast was always a version of eggs - omelette or scrambled but Lorena made a toasted sandwich for my daughter who is not a big fan of eggs. Katrina and all the desk staff were very friendly and with the help of google translate they organised us a driver for the afternoon to take us to an authentic Colombian restaurant.

It was exactly as expected

Just 2 mins walk from National museum, the location is quite. The room is big abs will lovely message shower with hot water. The chef of the kitchen is very nice and the breakfast is delicious with different tradition food to choose of everyday. The staff are helpful and nice.

The room need to improve the mantain, as some of the lamps in room didn't work. the door of washroom can't close completely.....

There’s no kettle or hot water available, that was strange. And asking for hot water to the reception, she told me to use hot tap water that was a huge deception.

Very comfortable bed and desk area for some home office. Very central. All you may need you can find in the neighbourhood. Walking distance to the Museums.

A place to hang the wet shower towel would have been nice. But overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Great size room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Not like the hotel ibis, with smaller rooms. The breakfast was ok , can't complain because it was free, otherwise I would choose to stay here. Great location.

The staff were very helpful (we don't speak Spanish). The location is close to local bus services. Breakfast is included in the price.

Everything, during my trip I visited 4 countries and stayed in like dozen of places but this one was by far the best, functional, spacious, comfortable, elegant but colorful, great location, strong wifi, and the best...the shower, amazing system 😉, you cannot ask more for the price, thanks a lot

Good location in a safe area. The staff didn’t speak English at all not even at the reception. The breakfast poor , but when we asked for more the cook was very kind and brought us what we needed.

Great location, the room was wide and comfortable...good beds and nice bathroom....the staff friendly and helpful...no complaints about breakfast but can be little more varied...

No drinking water or something to prepare even a coffee in the room...the safe box was useless (damaged)

Check in before check in time not possible. We arrived to the hotel at 2:15 PM, 45 min before check in time which starts at 3 pm and they refused to give us any room so we had to wait. Ridiculous!
