Excellent location, near all, and a classic hotel with spacious rooms, and an awesome breakfast.

The hotel is a bit dated, but it's a wonderful place to stay, and I would stay there again.

The stuff at the restaurant are unbelievable, they remember my name and every time I go to the restaurant they call me by my name but the most impressive is the best waitress ever, I am a big world wide traveler and she definitely is the best!! “LADY “!! She remembers exactly what I can’t eat and how I like it, the other person that amazed me is the room service guy, “JUAN “ he remembers what I eat as well as the excellent and professional treatment on every room service order for me. Thank you for your fantastic food and chefs as well of the fabulous restaurant stuff !!!

The floor staff and the restaurant staff . Lady is one of the best waitress I have been having around the world, she remembers my name, my favorite food and the most important WHAT I CANNOT EAT!!! She amazed me when she called me by my name!!! That’s amazing!! Also the house keeper on the 10 floor Dailuz Diaz, she is great !! One weekend I was traveling to my friend farm and this house keeper Dailuz were very worried because I didn’t showed up for 4 days, I just heard on this trip that she was the person who call the front desk to report I didn’t come for a couple of days so the front desk staff, quickly texted me and found out that I was ok !!! I really appreciate Dailuz to have that important small things on mind!!! Thank you!!! It made me so happy you guys care about me !!! Thank you again.

1) Staff 2) Facilities 3) Amazing breakfast! The staff was very polite and kind. Excellent breakfast! At the check-in, there were 3 guests in line. While waiting, we were offered a glass of juice as a welcoming gesture! That was unexpected, but nicely appreciated!

Something to improve: 1) The paperwork for the check-in. Too much! Is it possible to implement an online form so that guests can fill it out ahead of time to speed up the check-in process? 2) My room didn't have air conditioner despite it was mentioned in the room description. 3) The building/rooms are a bit old. 4) Guests will have to go down some stairs to reach the elevators.

This is an old-fashioned grand hotel - it's 75 years old - where the uniformed staff are quick to help. Unprepossessing to look at, but its rooms are spacious. The buffet breakfast is bountiful and it's located close to the National Museum and the trendy Macarena neighbourhood with its Irish pubs and other restaurants. In all, it was terrific value for money, especially as we got a free upgrade and ended up with an extra room and an extra bathroom. Not bad for £175 for three nights.The lifts were a bonus. We were on the 15th floor but never had to wait.

Wifi was about the only downside, it would drop in and out.

We enjoyed breakfast, I noticed some people were dissapointed in previous reviews but it has everything, and coffee refills too. The rooms are spacious, the 15th floor although facing the junction was quiet enough on weekend. Bed and linen super confortable, lots of pillows as you'd expect. I liked the feel of an old traditional hotel, with not so modern furniture, charming, something rare in Europe at this price. I would return, staff and security guards super nice.

AC didn't seem to work but Bogota is cold enough it wasn't needed.

Great breakfast, also lunch and dinner, as I stayed for a business meeting several full days. The best location possible,walking distances from super interesting points in the city yet in a calm part of town.

I would've liked to have more complementary drinking water... But the tab water is great. The mattress is soft or uneven, that hurts your back. TV options not great. Smart TVS would allow every guest to use their platform accounts.

Built in the 50s, this hotel was the first and long time the best 5* hotel in Bogota. As it looks, there were no major renovations for a very long time, but this makes the hotel charming and with patina. Many original interior details from the time it was built. But all things which need to be renewed from time to time like beds, laundry, furniture etc. were renewed. The room was very clean und the staff very friendly. I had a suite for not much money. The value for money is remarkable in this hotel. Location is also very good.

Older hotel in a great location with nice views of downtown and the mountains, large and comfortable room, close to many things in central Bogotá. Very nice breakfast and super friendly and helpful staff. The lobby boasts a large mural painted by Maestro Acuña, a famous Colombian artist that it’s worth checking out.

It’s an older building that if it gets restored to its original mid-century 1950’s splendor it will be amazing as it is a historical building.

Great location for tourists wishing to visit City’s landmarks and points of interest. During weekday, office hours in particular, whole complex/area is very synergistic. Great housekeeping and reakfast is great!

Hotel’s neighborhood has declined in recent years, apparently due to recent social/political negative influences; therefore, too much graffiti and safety concerns surround hotel area. However, the hotel’s security team ensures one’s feeling of safety is assured at all times.
