The breakfast on the top floor was first class. The staff so lovely and helpful. There was alot of noise in the corrider one day, sounded like a huge machine but it stopped by 5 or 6 pm.I slept fantastic every night for 4 nites. The arrival by cab, I didn't expect to see the door covered by Graffitti. It made me a little nervous, but as soon I met the doorman and he took me to reception I relaxed. The rest of my stay was amazing. I met fellow Bon 17 hotel guests in my Cablecar on the way down from MonteSerrate. I will be back next time I come to explore in BOGOTA.

There was one drunk or high guest on the sixth floor making alot of noise. I went to reception and the doorman came up and spoke to the guest. Then he was well behaved the rest of the time.

Nicely decorated room, spacious, decent location although was a little rough on the main hotel entrance street, once you head around the corner and up towards the centre it ok, some great local eateries nearby.

We were told on check-in that breakfast was from 6am, that was Ideal as we would leave at 7am for our flight. on confirming our needs later that night the new member of staff said that breakfast was not available until 7am even though we had confirmed 6:30am at check-in. I asked for a packed breakfast and coffee for us to leave at 7am and neither were provided (even though it clearly says packet food available). that was the only thing that spoiled our stay, also everything is done by Whatsapp as there are no phones in rooms

All staff are absolute angels all around: polite, knowledgable, and inviting. Location is a rough block but within walking distance of everything and they keep good security. Facilities are remarkably clean and dependable. Rooftop restaurant is a gem: good food and a great place to have a beer and watch the sun set over the city. They have great grub, breakfast was always spot on, and the waiters are the nicest. Also, the wifi has great speed and dependability. Two blocks away from two different banks with ATMs, if you need to grab cash.

Room dimensions can be a little tight. Most rooms do not have any windows, AC, or fans. Ventilation comes from slats in the doors. Not ideal though also, surprisingly, not the worst. For this, it can get a little stuffy at times. If you're looking for a little, clean, secure crashpad, this place will work. If you're looking to stretch out and veg out, this may not be your perfect fit.

They have a good breakfast. The location is very dangerous you need to be careful with everything and people in the streets.

Daily room cleaning, quiet, close to the center and visiting points, English-speaking staff at the reception, the best soup I had in Colombia was in the hotel restaurant, a good breakfast was included. a hotel where i can stay again

There are not enough shelves or cabinets to put things. It was cold at night, the room is small but ist's enough for just sleeping. Some rooms don't have window, be careful when booking. My friend's room had some problem, they was upgraded to a windowed room, that room was warm but noisy in the morning.

This might be the best bargain in hotels anywhere. The staff is terrific and very helpful. The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was included and tasty. 7 days and will never tired of the hospitality.

Bogota is tough at night and you're not walking around nights just about anywhere. The hotel location is close to the center and museums and the local restaurants around the corner from the hotel are very reasonable. Had the best tamale ever at the Brazillian cafe nearby

It was good

There was a side light who stopped working after a few minutes I turn it on the first night. I told the staff the next day and said they would fix it but they never. Also I didn't like the room didn't have a window so I had to have the light on all the time.

very nice, modern building in an area full of otherwise not very nice buildings. it’s a bit seedy at first in the area, but I never felt unsafe. I actually felt more unsafe in the more touristy center when a guy fired some sort of fake gun at me, which was quite strange.

only complaint was that the hot water wasn’t working temporarily but the manager worked to fix the problem

The staff were SUPER friendly and helpful- especially for a solo female traveller. I felt very safe so thank you! The restaurant was also great and after arriving late, they served me as they closed and I was very grateful.

It's in heart downtown of Bogotá City. You can go walking many places like plaza Bolivar, all downtown, La Candelaria... We Where with rented car.. so to go to Monserrate is very easy too.

Nothing to say against! Everything ok. The restaurant was perfect so we where tired and could eat very tasty food.
