Good location in the centre of Bogotá - fairly safe to walk around during the day, but I would watch out at night. Nice room with a safe and they kept our luggage for us for a couple of days while we were in another city

The room door lock was a bit flimsy and would be potentially easy to pick/break.

The location is great bc it is walking distance (5-10min) from Bogotá downtown. Staff were very helpful and rooms have the basic amenities that you need. Everything was clean and no issues at all.

Curtains and bed sheets could use an upgrade.

The rooms are clean with a comfortable bed. Staff is friendly and helpful and hot water for a shower. Generally, the hotel is very clean and very good value for the price. Taxi to the airport is easily arranged and not expensive. This is a good hotel and my choice when I return to Bogota.

The area near the hotel can become congested especially on Sundays. Not much ventilation in the interior rooms and other rooms with more natural light are better.

Nice acommodation in the centre of Bogotá. Clean, cozy, nice staff.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Great value for the money when staying in Bogota. Very clean hotel and rooms. I have stayed there several times and my choice when I am in Bogota.

The area can be noisy if close to the front entrance on any floor. Breakfast is OK, but I stayed there years before when it was better. Natural lighting in the room is minimal, but there is enough light, otherwise.

The hotel is very near sightseeings.Buffet beakfast is very good.The staff are friendly and helpful but only Erinda speaks English.The hotel has a restaurant and it has good food.

There is construction next to hotel,so I was awakened by the noise very early around 7 am.I stayed in two different rooms during my stay and both of them had no central heating and so I felt cold.

The room was spacious with a large double bed, nice bathroom, and the breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff were exceptionally kind, understanding and helpful.

The room was showing some wear. Consider replacing the mattress and updating the bathroom fixtures.

The breakfast was very good and the hotel staff are very helpful (note: to communicate with them prior to arrival, use WhatsApp instead of the Booking.com app). The shower had nice water pressure and was warm. The location was very convenient for La Candelaria (we walked to all the sites), but after the dinner time La Candelaria gets very quite (this is true for any hotel in this neighborhood)

The bed was a bit hard and the rooms also did not have good sound proofing so we woke up at 6am-7am every day from sounds of the hotel staff starting their work days and walking in the hallways.

I like this hotel and stayed here back in 2006. Many improvements since then and more being done. The staff is friendly and helps me when needed. The beds are very comfortable and very quiet rooms in the interior. I asked for a room with more natural light and I was accommodated. Sun warms the room. The breakfast is good so enough to begin my day. Many restaurants and public transportation nearby within walking distance. Hotel looks small from the outside but very spacious inside.

The location is kind of crowded and noisy/be careful at night but is a positive being close to the historic center.

The staff were very welcoming at the front desk. Jefferson, the security guard, was super helpful with moving our bags and making sure we were safe. The hotel room itself was very clean, and the beds were comfortable.

Although the hotel was located close to the centre, the area itself did not seem a safe place, especially in the evenings. Also, the breakfast was below average, the eggs were soggy, and the rice was barely cooked.
