Helpful and friendly staff with 24 hours reception, was nervous about arriving at 01:30 in early morning, but I was able to communicate with staff and they immediately opened the door when I rang the doorbell. Staff was very patient with my limited spanish. Room was well sized with chair and small nightstand. Had free coffee in the morning from a dispenser, although it was off/broken on some other days. Location basically in La candelaria was very convenient, I didn't try walking around solo after 20:30, but before that it felt fine as long as you're street smart. Hot water shower was good, had to run the hot water for a bit before it kicked it, but ultimately it was successful. Had mini fridge in the room. Good value for the cost.

I like a firm mattress, but this bed was more akin to sleeping on a thin mat on the floor. Shower door didn't close completely. No window, although did have opaque skylights. No shampoo provided.

The location of the hotel is great, you have all you need around as a tourist. The room itself looks good, we had all we needed. The bed was comfy, the shower great. Plenty of room for us and our luggage. For this price, all you can expect.

The internet is very poor. It gets quite noisy at night with traffic, honking and partying. I sleep with earplugs, so I did not hear it, but when I took them out, it was quite intense. Also we got a room at the fifth floor, without an elevator. A bit tough with luggage.

excellent location of the hotel, hot water, after an excellent experience with this hotel last year, I chose it again, the cleanliness of the bed linen was much weaker (hairs on the sheets), but fortunately the other service compensated for it - such as the nice smile of the lady at the reception, who was there almost non-stop - now I realize that I don't even know her name...

Housed in an old building, but absolutely clean and spacious, located a few munites walk from the city centre. We asked for a room facing the street and the staff fulfilled our request. Absolute value for money!

Maybe a renovation would elevate the condition of the rooms, but in any case, everything was fine.

We really liked the location, it was perfect for our purpose. The room was spacious and clean. TV simple but good. The blankets could have been better though. I had a very good shower pressure and the staff was nice. It had a simple but good breakfast.

The woman that served our breakfast wasn't the nicest. She could have been nicer and more welcoming to us and other guests. The decoration of the hotel is a bit old and outdated, but that's not a problem.
