The hotel was functional, had massive rooms and was pretty central to Street 7 which is one of the main roads into the centre. I liked the cleanliness of the room and the view from the room with its expansive windows was fantastic.

The guy who checked me in was hopeless and didnt have a clue. He took too long and missed a whole process. This was not only for me as I saw him make the same issue for someone else the next day.

For the price, a very nice and cozy small hotel. The staff is friendly and sufficient breakfast was included in the price. The location is good because many attractions are within a reasonable walking distance, but after dark you should avoid walking outside, especially if you are alone.

Breakfast was great, the woman helping at the breakfast area, Andrea, was really kind and helpful, same with the cleaning crew. We didn't get the name of the girl at the front desk but she was super helpful too. Very close to the city center, museums, church, easy access to public transport too.

Attention to little details in bedrooms, like a door that doesn't close properly or dust in the windows rails. Besides that, room were cleaned properly every day and hot water always available.

I like that it was centrally located just three blocks from El Centro. The staff was very nice and accommodating. my room was very spacious, always clean.

It took a little bit over three minutes for my water to get hot in my room

Staff allowed us parking for our motorcycles in the lobby .Breakfast wa s basic but tasty.

Was on 11 th floor and the elevator lost power .Had to walk up but was fixed same day

The breakfast was really good, room had air conditioning and was comfortable and clean. The view from the room is also pretty nice.

Location was pretty far by walking from the attractions discussed on the website, charged extra for the dog even after we stated that she is a service dog and we have her paperwork, will charge you for an extra guest for anyone that goes upstairs regardless if that person stays the night or not, so don't plan to have any friends over.

Nice big rooms with an impressive view of the city. Good value for money. Breakfast was decent and the facilities in the room were all as expected. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The immediate area isnt very salubrious although it is convenient for the centre and the tourist areas. I probably wouldn't wander around after dark.
