you have a whole apartment to yourself so it's spacious, good view with a balcony, there's a swimming pool and a gym (although almost no weights- it's better joining a local Smart Fit gym).

The check in process was a nightmare- it took 2 hours which is unacceptable. It's a block of apartments so there's no staff per se, just front desk staff who serve the entire block (which includes Enjoy In). They had to phone a hotel man to say I arrived, he had forgot to email the from desk staff to expect me, you can only pay with Colombian cash so I had to walk 1 mile each way to the nearest Davivienda bank. I arrived at 3pm and didn't enter my room until 5pm. It was a nightmare after a long flight. I didn't see any staff from Enjoy In my entire stay- just the front reception staff for the block. Besides the check in process, it was a pleasant stay.

The apartment looks just like the pictures. The building is brand new, it has a pretty fast lift and a great view from the gym. The host was responsive and accommodating when I asked him for a small favor regarding the check-out time.

It was a pleasant stay. That said, and just like other guests have mentioned, the lack of clear check-in instructions made the arrival uncomfortable. One does not get a QR code, nor an apartment number. One needs to wait for the front desk people to say hi and explain the whole thing. Once one is in the apartment, everything is smooth.
