The hotel is beautiful, clean and confortable. The staff is nice and the hotel is located very close to main tourist attraction and restaurants.

At night the area where the hotel is located is not safe, so you have to be back at 9 pm. The breakfast has the same 3 options and it is very limited. We had a problem with our check in. We ask in advance for a early check in, but when we got to the hotel there was no room available, so we were move to an hotel next door, there was not as nice as the Santa Lucia. At the chek in time, 3 pm, we had to go back to move our luggage, but the room was still not available, and we had to wait for 1 hour. Our room was in front of the hotel laundry so it was a bit noisy.

Spacious room with a good firm bed. Decent breakfast cheerfully served. The classic Hispanic courtyard and reception give this hotel an air of elegance. Helpful staff, printed out a ticket for the long distance coach for me.The early check in worked very well (and was much needed after a long flight.)

Surrounding area is slightly run down but I guess that makes this place more affordable (also applies to places to eat and drink, I really liked the Sofia Café a couple of blocks towards Gabriel Garcia Marquez Plaza.)

Very spacious rooms, amazing boutique hotel in the top centre of the town. It’s super safe in general. The breakfast is poor but you can ask for extra omelet or sandwich without a problem. In general there are aspects to be improved but the whole atmosphere and the rooms are very comfortable and beautiful. face towels and toiletries would improve the comfort and the general profile of the hotel . If I go again in Bogota , I ll stay in the same hotel !

Some members of the staff are not that kind but that’s not an important issue to take into account. But the girl in the breakfast area is super nice and kind .

Good location, lot of space in the room

The location is the best, everywhere on foot ( Montserrat, la candelaria) right in the middle of city center. But the best is the staff, everyone there is friendly, helpful. The room on the 2nd floor spacious, clean with a very good size bed and comfortable mattress. Nice breakfast choices with a big smile. We recommended!!

Need to improve a lot the bathroom amenities. Maybe in the past it was a "4star boutique&spa" but not at this moment.

I liked this place, it has charm, well located, great staff especially Erica we had great chats/ culture exchange, thank you for your kindness Erica. All the staff really want to make sure you are comfortable and happy. I forgot a mobile and camera in the room and they contacted me to say they have it, which shows great honesty. Thanks again to all of you.

Breakfast may not be varied but is very tasty, I have enjoyed it every morning.

City centre location, beautiful patio inside the hotel, looks like from Marques books. Very kind staff.

A bit old style but this is not an issue. No windows as in all our accommodation in Colombia, however, this one was particularly dark, humid and even slightly cold. This is the reason why if we choose this hotel again, we will make sure to get a room on the higher floor with windows!:)

Santa Lucia hotel is located in a beautiful colonial style building. Our junior suite was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is good within walking distance from.Plaza Bolivar and other sights and plenty of restaurants. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast was okish. The coffee let's it down. It doesn't taste of coffee at all. The omelette is meant to have ham, sausage etc but you can hardly taste it nor see it. The bread that comes with it is of poor quality. The pancakes were nice. They don't offer any toiletries apart from a little soap and the towels are super thin and a bit old.

The room fits the description online. I was comfortable with it as it had all I needed. The bed was comfortable and the room had enough space for me. I liked the fact that there was a desk so I could work while I was there as well. There was hot water so that was appreciated. The breakfast at the hotel was good. I only ate there twice but I ordered from a menu with about 3-4 things to eat and I got fruits and fruit juice with that. You may order a hot drink with that as well, I only had coffee which was okay. The location is great as it is close to restaurants, shops, etc. Museo del Oro is a 4mins walk away and Plaza de Bolívar is a 10mins walk. You can walk to other museums as well from there such as the Botero Museum which is maybe 15 mins away and Monseratte is a short taxi ride away. There is a small restaurant beside the hotel where you can buy food, water, etc. A pharmacy is close by as well if you need toiletries(like I did) or medicine.

The place was cold when I got there because it was the end of May. There is no heater but using the comforter at night allowed for a comfortable rest. Outside of bed is going to be a bit cold unless you wear appropriate clothing. I think the shower could've been a bit cleaner in my room. The staff didn't arrange my airport pick-up though we made that arrangement but they were still willing to send a car when I contacted them at the airport. That wasn't a big deal for me because lots of taxis are at the airport and I got one at the same rate. The staff was helpful however in getting me a taxi to the airport.

It's a really cute hotel, with quiet and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. It even includes a sauna and laundry service (for additional costs). Great value for money.

The area doesn't feel very safe after dark. In the daytime it's a great place to walk around but I tried to avoid walking alone in this area after dark.
