I had a great stay at Viajero Bogota. I have stayed in some of their other properties but Bogota really stands out for the location, cleanliness, and really excellent staff. Santi at the front desk was very helpful and gave some recommendations for the area, Paola in the restaurant gave me some advice on where to grab a tasty breakfast when I woke up too late for the hostel breakfast, and the event staff were always inviting me to participate in the activities. I would definitely book again here! Ps. The showers and free spa access are amazing.

Absolutely loved this place! I was here for a couple of days to explore Bogota. The hostel has everything to make it a super fun stay: hiking activities, walking tours, spa, drinking games, karaoke, super friendly staff, a night of salsa at a super special place, and many more. For my birthday they had decorated my room, and arranged a surprise birthday breakfast with flowers. Super sweet! And especially a shout out to Jay, Alegandro, Andreas and Dani who made this all possible. And to Mati and Emilio for all the laughs. You guys are fantastic

Clean and spacious room (6 bed dorm), and the spa is a nice addition. Several common areas to hang out either downstairs or on the second floor. The hostel offers activities every day where you can meet people and the staff will make sure you have a good time. Special thanks to Natasha, Carmen, and Emilio!

Unfortunately, the hostel doesn't really have a kitchen, just a microwave, so you either have to order food at the bar or eat out. There's a food court across the street or several street food stands and restaurants nearby.

Everything! This hostel was exactly what we needed. We are a couple in our early 30s and were very pleased with our experience there. Bedrooms are very clean and comfortable, shower is great, restaurant has awesome food and the spa is a must! The location is also really great and the staff is the best, we felt like we were home, special thanks to Santi and Jay, both them made our already great experience even better. The vibes of the hostel are just perfect, it feels like a hotel but with the young vibe where you get experiences without leaving the hostel. Perfect for days that you are a little too tired, but want to do something in the evening. I absolutely recommend Viajero Bogotá.

It was the perfect way to fuel up for a day of exploring Bogotá's vibrant culture and rich history. Located in a great neighborhood, Viajero is within walking distance to key attractions, cafes, and shops, making it an ideal base for discovering the city. Overall, Viajero Bogotá offers an unforgettable experience, and I can't wait to return!

Absolutely Amazing Stay at Viajero Bogotá! I had an incredible experience at Viajero Hostel in Bogotá! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. Sari at the front desk was exceptionally kind, helpful, and always had a warm smile. She made check-in smooth and gave great recommendations for exploring the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the Montserrat Tour with Sara and Matti. They were absolutely fantastic guides—knowledgeable, fun, and full of energy! They made the hike up Monserrate not only informative but also incredibly enjoyable. Their passion for Bogotá’s history and culture was contagious, and they went above and beyond to ensure everyone had an unforgettable experience. The hostel itself has a great atmosphere, with a vibrant social scene, clean facilities, and super comfortable beds. Whether you're looking to meet fellow travelers or just relax, this is the perfect place to stay. I can’t recommend Viajero Bogotá enough! If you’re coming to Bogotá, this is THE place to stay. My experience at Viajero was simply incredible. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The facilities are comfortable, clean, and have a very welcoming vibe. I thoroughly enjoyed the activities, which were perfect for meeting other travelers and making the most of the place. The spa was relaxing, but what really made the difference was the kindness of . Alejandro at the front desk was exceptional, always attentive, friendly, and eager to help. He gave us excellent recommendations and always with a smile. I am grateful to him. I hope to return.

The staff were very welcoming and super helpful - could not have been better guides to get us on our way to Montserrat and around Bogotá. The location is ideal and it was great to have the spa facilities - pool not included, but all the steam rooms and sauna are. John was really helpful when we left as we only had one night in Bogotá and a very early flight the following morning. As ever, room was clean and well equipped with fun decor, good linen and comfy twin beds. WiFi and all the usual facilities you get with Viagero Hostels - cannot recommend highly enough.

The room is slightly odd with the glass bathroom. The fridge did not close. The room also became very stuffy but this was quickly fixed by visiting reception who turned on the AC.

Speaking of which, the evenings were full of energy, with a salsa lesson and a live concert—perfect for meeting people and having a great time! The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and spotless. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in Bogotá, and I highly recommend it—especially for the exceptional service from John!

Overall the staff was really friendly and helpful, special shoutout to John who is one of the friendliest receptionists I've ever met and did everything he could to make sure I could extend in the same room. And shoutout to Sebas who has been a great host in the social gatherings and became a good friend over my stay! :) I also love how comfortable the beds are! I also like the facilities in general.

In the 8-bed dorm I was staying, the bathroom and the shower had a weird setting: the bathroom didn't have a sink (but had a soap dispenser), the sink was in the shower, which meant that after going to the bathroom, you had to then go to the shower to wash your hands. The shower didn't have a fan. I suppose the bathroom and shower were in one space before and they separated into two, but the setting is not very convenient. Also, the receptionist at night isn't very friendly and seems like we are bothering him when we ask him questions.
