The hotel is located within walking distance to the city center. You can walk to many points of interest of the city such as the gold museum, la Candelaria neighborhood and government buildings. The suite is spacious and clean. It is also equipped with a kitchen. The staff is helpful. They were able to get me a wine opener and took it to the room. They also kept our luggage after check out while we strolled around town.

The room can get cold during the night, and there is no safe in the rooms (or at least I could not find it). Keep that in mind if you need one.

We very much enjoyed our spacious apartment, whose two bathrooms were very convenient for our party of four. It was ideally located between the landmarks of the Candelaria district and the international centre. The staff was always happy to answer our questions, and there was a security guard at the reception desk at all times. We would not hesitate to stay here again when we return to Bogota.

Apartment was big, nice clean building, staff were very friendly. The staff didn't speak much English, but they were willing to help with anything you needed. Very close to all the sights, restaurants and things to do in the old town area. Very easy check in and out, the lady on the desk offered to get me a taxi to the airport. I felt very safe in and around this area.

Water was luke warm, but I think this is a Colombia thing.

The staff were amazing and super attentive. The location was also perfect. It felt safe and walkable while being close to restaurants and city attractions.

The hot water did not work in our shower, but they fixed it on the second day. Additionally we would have liked a towel in the kitchen.

Great location for visiting tourist sites. Large space, 2 bathrooms, good security. Close to restaurants and grocery stores.

It was cold at night, and there should have been a space heater available. Shower temperature was difficult to control.

It was not the room we expected, we've stayed here six times, usually different rooms, we thought it was the one we stayed in in 2019, which had two bathrooms and two televisions

Had a late check in (4am) the lady on the front desk was very helpful, quick check in. Apartment was great, fantastic location, very safe in and around the apartment. Very close to all the tourist bits of old town. Definitely stay there again.

Great for first time visitors - the property location is perfect. At the bases on Monserrat but in the heart of old downtown The staff are very attentive- great service for our one week stay

Very little - there is no heating system however that is common for the Candalaria area of Bogotá
