Excellent staff who work hard to make your stay comfortable. I stayed in 3 different rooms over 2 weeks. The locker size varied - the smallest would fit a carry on backpack while the largest would probably fit those super big backpacks. Beds were medium firm, with shelves, plugs, and a pull down shade. I ate several meals at the on site restaurant - very good and inexpensive (2 eggs, toast, fresh squeezed juice, bowl of mixed fruit, and coffee was 3.75 USD) Lots of spaces to hang out, free dance classes 2x a week. Not a party hostel, but friendly vibe. All age ranges. Place was very clean. Has a kitchen for cooking. They are eco-conscious. They accommodated a special request. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe in the neighborhood during the day, but didn't go out a night. WiFi was good to stream a show. Sometimes, the restaurant gave out free treats.

Sometimes the music they played was so loud, you couldn't have a conversation. Most of the time, it was fine.

Everything was clean, the shower had warm water, the bed was comfortable (we stayed in one standard room and one king room, so I can't comment on the dorms). The staff was helpful and some of the staff also speak English, which you can't expect in Colombia. They even made us breakfast sandwiches at 5 in the morning when we left for the airport. The location is also good and there are many restaurants within walking distance. The hostel also felt safe, the doors are locked so no one from outside can enter the hostel. We used Uber to get around after sunset, the area doesn't feel very safe after dark.

Nothing bad to say. The room was little bit cold but there was warm blanket on the bed so that was not a problem.

I loved the pods in the dorms allowing for privacy and comfort. Great hostel including lots of chill out rooms lots of toilets and showers for convenience and it has a restaurant with yummy reasonably priced options. I really enjoyed trying ajiaco which was packed with flavour. All of the staff were very kind and helpful and would go out of their way for you. The location was perfect right next to the square which is known for its safety in Bogotá. Overall fantastic stay with no issues

I really enjoyed my stay at this facility. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and had everything I needed. It was also perfectly located within walking distance to everything I wanted including the main plaza, market, museums, restaurants, cafes, and more. Breakfast was included in my accommodation and it was delicious. Staff was very kind, welcoming, and enthusiastic to help and answer any of my questions. The whole area was relatively safe and I did not encounter any issues, although I did not walk after sunset, so I cannot comment on that topic but the doors were locked at night and I had to buzz in and wait until staff had to open it for me.

My room did not have trash cans or mirrors, only in the bathroom.

The location is amazing, in safe Candelaria neighbourhood. It’s a few minutes walking from Botero and Museum of gold. The staff were very nice and helpful. Common area is quite cool. Internet was working well (good enough for video calls, Netflix, etc.). Food and drinks were good with reasonable pricing. Curtains on beds provide privacy. Lockers in the room. Possible to leave the luggage after checkout.

There could be some social activities organised by the hostel. A complimentary towel would be a nice touch and improving sope availability in the bathrooms.

-position in candelaria, 10 mins walk from everything and right next one of the prettiest little plaza in the city -helpful and friendly staff, they even helped me setting up a colombian sim card (I bought there) -very pretty structure -lots of daday and night activities that can be booked in reception

-breakfast selection could be better but plenty of cafes nearby -no proper hot water -no heating (pack your pj's gringos!)

Really liked the the cabin style beds - very comfortable and got given a duvet and a soft blanket and sheets. The hostel is very calm and veryyy quiet. Not a very social hostel - there was no one around after 8pm. The staff were also very helpful and around 24/7, food was prepared from fresh and tasted good. I was also very impressed with the high level of cleanliness in the communal bathrooms.

The ensuite bathroom in my dorm was not working so had to use the communal bathrooms. There was also much not advertisement on the events at the hostel.

Overall the stay was ok, the bed was comfy, there was hot shower and the location was in a walkable distance to the historical center. The staff was helpful sorting out different things for me.

Once the rain started, so did the leaking inside the room that continued for the whole duration of my stay there. It was also leaking in the common area I was sitting.

Right in the middle of the historical center. One can walk to most points of interest. Safe area with policemen posted on some corners. Good restaurants close by (but they also have their own). Free coffee in the morning even if you didn't include breakfast. It has a few nice areas with tables and chairs. Comfortable beds.

Rooms maybe too compact. Sometimes hot water in the shower is fluctuating.

The property was really beautiful, well maintained and large. It had multiple areas for socializing, eating and chilling. We were surprised of the quality seeing the cheap price. The dorms got cleaned everyday, you had a lot of space at your bed and the staff was really helpful

The kitchen could have been a bit more clean (also the responsibility of the guests) and bigger. The equipment could use an update as well.
