Everything was clean, the shower had warm water, the bed was comfortable (we stayed in one standard room and one king room, so I can't comment on the dorms). The staff was helpful and some of the staff also speak English, which you can't expect in Colombia. They even made us breakfast sandwiches at 5 in the morning when we left for the airport. The location is also good and there are many restaurants within walking distance. The hostel also felt safe, the doors are locked so no one from outside can enter the hostel. We used Uber to get around after sunset, the area doesn't feel very safe after dark.

Nothing bad to say. The room was little bit cold but there was warm blanket on the bed so that was not a problem.

I really enjoyed my stay at this facility. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and had everything I needed. It was also perfectly located within walking distance to everything I wanted including the main plaza, market, museums, restaurants, cafes, and more. Breakfast was included in my accommodation and it was delicious. Staff was very kind, welcoming, and enthusiastic to help and answer any of my questions. The whole area was relatively safe and I did not encounter any issues, although I did not walk after sunset, so I cannot comment on that topic but the doors were locked at night and I had to buzz in and wait until staff had to open it for me.

My room did not have trash cans or mirrors, only in the bathroom.

The location is amazing, in safe Candelaria neighbourhood. It’s a few minutes walking from Botero and Museum of gold. The staff were very nice and helpful. Common area is quite cool. Internet was working well (good enough for video calls, Netflix, etc.). Food and drinks were good with reasonable pricing. Curtains on beds provide privacy. Lockers in the room. Possible to leave the luggage after checkout.

There could be some social activities organised by the hostel. A complimentary towel would be a nice touch and improving sope availability in the bathrooms.

Really liked the the cabin style beds - very comfortable and got given a duvet and a soft blanket and sheets. The hostel is very calm and veryyy quiet. Not a very social hostel - there was no one around after 8pm. The staff were also very helpful and around 24/7, food was prepared from fresh and tasted good. I was also very impressed with the high level of cleanliness in the communal bathrooms.

The ensuite bathroom in my dorm was not working so had to use the communal bathrooms. There was also much not advertisement on the events at the hostel.

-position in candelaria, 10 mins walk from everything and right next one of the prettiest little plaza in the city -helpful and friendly staff, they even helped me setting up a colombian sim card (I bought there) -very pretty structure -lots of daday and night activities that can be booked in reception

-breakfast selection could be better but plenty of cafes nearby -no proper hot water -no heating (pack your pj's gringos!)

Right in the middle of the historical center. One can walk to most points of interest. Safe area with policemen posted on some corners. Good restaurants close by (but they also have their own). Free coffee in the morning even if you didn't include breakfast. It has a few nice areas with tables and chairs. Comfortable beds.

Rooms maybe too compact. Sometimes hot water in the shower is fluctuating.

The property was really beautiful, well maintained and large. It had multiple areas for socializing, eating and chilling. We were surprised of the quality seeing the cheap price. The dorms got cleaned everyday, you had a lot of space at your bed and the staff was really helpful

The kitchen could have been a bit more clean (also the responsibility of the guests) and bigger. The equipment could use an update as well.

Bunk beds with good privacy, with earplugs definitely quiet enogh to sleep well, restaurant with really reasonable prices, good location- very central, nice staff, nice patio with plants. Free coffee in the morning :)

Just one shared bathroom, that was quite small. Another bathroom would be nice, maybe one for women and one for men. Sometimes a bit dirty in tje kitchen- but that's not the hostels fault. Anyway the cleaning staff cleaned in the morning. Actually the free morning coffee mentioned above wasn't too good 🙈

Perfect size, not too big and not too small. Bed shades are super nice for privacy and the shelves in the beds are great too. They had hot chocolate, hot water / tea, and coffee in the morning. Lots of places to hang out and in a great spot in La Candelaria. Right by one of the main squares so when walking home at night it’s super nice because there’s lot of people around.

Honestly nothing bad to say except the kitchen could be a little bit better equipped

Excellent the staff are super nice, the place is clean, the dorms allow lots of privacy and the shelves next to the bed are the best extra. There's a restaurant if you don't feel like cooking and a sitting place but the real best part are the HOT SHOWERS.

The morning coffee haha it's for free but it doesn't fit my taste. All the rest is beautiful and I just buy coffee from the outside or make my own lol
