Breakfast was good, however we were relocated from our booking the night before we left into a smaller hotel as they were redoing the plumbing and had no water. They picked us up and our luggage the next morning and transported us to the hotel but we were not allowed to check into our room until after 3. We were supposed to be there for two nights and ended up being there for one. Staff was friendly and tried to help. Should have been giving us better notice than that

Being able to stay in the room the two nights that we had originally planned. Not being able to try their restaurant with the view of the city as they had closed it

Location and the staff. Katherine, Alexander and Edwin were very helpful. Our 7th floor room had a great view and the breakfast buffet was good.

We were told the night before arrival our two night stay that we were being moved to another hotel farther from the historic center due to no water. They had been doing plumbing upgrades. The room at the other hotel was ok and they took good care of us but it really broke up our trip by moving in the middle. We were also disappointed by the La Terazza Restaurant not being open. lAlso the pool was too warm for any exercise swimming and the hot tub was not warm enough. I know this sounds weird but I though it should be mentioned.

The room views were excellent from the seventh floor. Very classic colonial views. The location was perfect with all the museums within walking distance.

The furnishings were worn and the bathroom tiles broken and not very clean. The hallways were equipped with motion detection lights which were slow to react, leaving patrons in pitch black hallways! It was a bit unnerving.

Good sized updated rooms. We had 2 different rooms during our stay, the first the bed was very soft which isn't great for me. The second was much better.  The bathroom is also large.  The shower doesn't get hot, it got warm, but not warm enough for a comfortable shower for me.  Bathroom was also quite grimy . I understand mold grows, but it definitely was something that could be cleaned better.   The staff were all lovely and helpful.  Some have limited English, but Google translate can help. The breakfast buffet is nice to have.  Great fresh fruit options and they change up some of the food every day which is nice.  No air conditioning in the room and the sun was beaming in the room all day, so it was quite warm (26`C, thermostat for heat only).  The staff brought up a fan which helped significantly after we had opened the windows to allow the evening cool air in. We had a great view, but with the main square just a few blocks away it was insanely loud with the music from there in the evening, the room actually vibrated.  The windows did an ok job of sound proofing but we needed them open for a while to cool off the room first. Noise did stop around 9pm.  After that it was quiet. Overall a pleasant stay in a great location.

The location was perfect!! It was walking distance to many attractions.

I wish the hotel offered additional information instead of us having to find out or by discovering it later. For example, there is live music on Fridays and Saturdays. We discovered it, but it would have been nice to be informed of it when checking in or maybe a small notice on the front desk. Also, the Pride Parade was going on while we were there. It would have been nice to know what events would be happening in that area and how it would impact traffic (street closures, etc).

The hotel is centrally located in the historic part of the city. Our room had a beautiful view of the cathedral and roof tops. Staff were very helpful (Alexander deserves special mention). Breakfast had both hot and cold items and local foods. The whole area around the hotel was bustling, it's near the main attractions and it was very safe. The room was large and spacious with coffee and tea facilities.

the location was just superb and you can walk a few hundred yards to the main square and to other sites. The room I shared with my sister-in-law was large and nicely decorated - the whole place has an old-world feel to it. The breakfast buffet was pretty standard for Colombia with lots of choices. The bar was a good place to meet other travelers but it was a little weird that it didn't have tables, just chairs. There is a restaurant on the top floor with decent food.

while the hotel has an elevator, there are still steps to get to your room.

The location and atmosphere are great. Beautiful building in the historical centre. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast room pleasant. There is a nice bar and restaurant on the top floor with a great view over the rooftops of the old town.

The fitness room is like a small closet. The max free weight is 20 kg. The running mill did not work. However, had it worked, one could not have run fast on it, given how small it was and dangerously placed just next to a wall.

Location - a few minutes walk from Plaza Bolivar and a number of sights. Great view from our room on the 7th floor & room was quiet. Our flight was very late at night - we were able to keep our bags in the hotel and also used their lounge to rest before getting our taxi.

The room we were in seemed to be slightly separate away from the main hotel. You need to book a session in the swimming pool (it is mainly used for the spa), so you cannot use it when you want to.

Location was great, right in the historic centre, within walking distance of a lot of visitor attractions. Montserrate Mountain cable car only about 30 minutes walk away. Staff very helpful, and most spoke some English.

I arrived on a Sunday and the hotel restaurant was not open. Likewise, food outlets nearby were all closed in the evening. Bar staff helpfully found me some bread snacks.
