Was absolutely the right choice! Hotel: safe, clean; room with safe; my room was very quiet at night; check-in possible at midnight Above all, I liked the location. The hotel is a good starting point for excursion. Depending on which direction you go, you end up in different areas, which leave different impressions. I particularly liked the fact that tourism and everyday life come together in this area. It may be that people's problems are also visible in the area around the hotel, but the "good impressions" clearly predominated. I was travelling alone as a woman in Colombia. Januar 2025.

Location, location, location , you’re within walking distance to all the major attractions in Bogotá , including the famous Monserrate and all the other important museums, when you book free walking tours online the starting point is within walking distance , I mean you can’t beat the location. And the price is extremely affordable.

The beds were a bit hard in my opinion but for some people probably that’s not a big deal , but who cares after a full day of exploring the city you fall asleep so fast.

Great location- right beside La Candelaria and felt safe walking throughout the day and night Room was really spacious and comfortable - black out blinds so we were not woke early, no water in the room would be the only downfall Andrea at reception was really helpful with any questions I had and we could keep our bags there after check out Breakfast was good - simple but it had everything you need from eggs, to toast, fruit, cereal, tea and coffee

For a 4 star, it was quite poor. Like, we asked for separate duvets loads of times, got none. No replacement of any used complementary stuff, no mini bar (the fridge didn't even worked), the food at the bar was pretty poor as well... It would be a good 3 star hotel, but a not so great 4 star

The bathroom has a strange stained glass window at about crotch height on the wall that connects to the bedroom. So if you’re in the room you can see the person using the bathroom, and if they’re undressed you would be able to see that too. As a family of grown adults this was strange. Thankfully we had some clothes pins and were able to cover it up.

no airconditioning so the rooms facing the square (where the sun rises and shines) become quite hot still one can open a small window. Breakfast is limited but doable. Getting in or out of the hotel needs someone to manually open/unlock the door for you.

Location was perfect, we love to walk around the city sights rather then having to take a cab or public transport. This property was situated perfectly for us to explore the candelaria part of the city

The bed was absolutely the most uncomfortable bed we have ever tried to sleep on. We did not have one nights solid sleep and woke up with aches from the mattress.

Good location, security measures in place, great reception staff, comfortable room. I was actually here for 3 nights, the first being a personal booking prior to joining a tour.

Breakfast was fairly good with granola as a welcome cereal. However, the bread was very basic and pastries could have been better.

Rooms facing towards the east (room numbers X01 to X14) enjoy a great view of the sunrise, the mountainside, and high-lying quarters. However, rooms facing west (room numbers X015 and higher) have no view at all. The location could hardly be more central, directly neighbouring Bogota's old city La Candelaria and other central areas.

Many important services and facilities did not work, such as electric shutters and WiFi. The breakfast was austere, the choices of bread, cereals, and sweet creams and jams were very limited.

Everything was perfect. The service, the staff was very helpful. My room and my view was perfect. Great Bed. I really do not have nothing to complain about. My next trip to Bota I really will stay there again. This was a [erfect choice for me and my 9 year old daughter.

Bogota is e great city. Everything was just Fine !!!! I have no complains. It is a great hotel and its walking distance from allot of restaurants, graffiti and shops. I will definitely recommend anyone to stay here.
