This hotel is well located - situated between Monserrate and La Candelaria. We climbed Monserrate one morning, and the walk from the hotel to the base of the stairs less than a 15 minute walk. Similarly, the walk into Plaza de Bolivar is about 15 minutes. We had a room on the back side, and it was very quiet. The room was clean and decently appointed. The shower had good pressure and hot water. The breakfast was good and efficient, with a decent selection. The property shows its age a bit but it is very well maintained. Pricing is good, and so is the overall value. Overall, we'd stay here again due primarily to location.

It was all pretty good. We accidentally broke a small glass and when I told the staff about it, I was asked to pay for it (10,000 / $3). No big deal, but a little surprising.

Was absolutely the right choice! Hotel: safe, clean; room with safe; my room was very quiet at night; check-in possible at midnight Above all, I liked the location. The hotel is a good starting point for excursion. Depending on which direction you go, you end up in different areas, which leave different impressions. I particularly liked the fact that tourism and everyday life come together in this area. It may be that people's problems are also visible in the area around the hotel, but the "good impressions" clearly predominated. I was travelling alone as a woman in Colombia. Januar 2025.

Location is excellent, at a walking distance from all main touristic attractions - and during the day I felt that the neighborhood was lively and safe. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff is very courteous and helpful. When we arrived we discovered that our room didn't have a mini fridge, but they quickly provided one.

Breakfast is quite limited - specially for vegetarians, while for vegans there are almost no options. Also, the bread and pastry were not exactly the freshest.

Location, location, location , you’re within walking distance to all the major attractions in Bogotá , including the famous Monserrate and all the other important museums, when you book free walking tours online the starting point is within walking distance , I mean you can’t beat the location. And the price is extremely affordable.

The beds were a bit hard in my opinion but for some people probably that’s not a big deal , but who cares after a full day of exploring the city you fall asleep so fast.

I had a great stay at BH Hotel in Bogotá. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. The location is perfect — within walking distance of the Gold Museum, the Botero Museum, and about a 20–25 minute walk to the funicular for Monserrate.

The only downside was that on the weekend it got quite noisy at night since there are many bars nearby. Other than that, everything was wonderful and I would definitely recommend it.

Great location- right beside La Candelaria and felt safe walking throughout the day and night Room was really spacious and comfortable - black out blinds so we were not woke early, no water in the room would be the only downfall Andrea at reception was really helpful with any questions I had and we could keep our bags there after check out Breakfast was good - simple but it had everything you need from eggs, to toast, fruit, cereal, tea and coffee

For a 4 star, it was quite poor. Like, we asked for separate duvets loads of times, got none. No replacement of any used complementary stuff, no mini bar (the fridge didn't even worked), the food at the bar was pretty poor as well... It would be a good 3 star hotel, but a not so great 4 star

Great location. Clean. Nice hotel overall. Breakfast staff was especially nice

The bathroom has a strange stained glass window at about crotch height on the wall that connects to the bedroom. So if you’re in the room you can see the person using the bathroom, and if they’re undressed you would be able to see that too. As a family of grown adults this was strange. Thankfully we had some clothes pins and were able to cover it up.

no airconditioning so the rooms facing the square (where the sun rises and shines) become quite hot still one can open a small window. Breakfast is limited but doable. Getting in or out of the hotel needs someone to manually open/unlock the door for you.

Good location , close to Museum of Gold, and Botero, walking distance to cable car to Monserrate. Nice rooms , some of the rooms has a view to a park (but loud on the weekends) , some rooms has a view to the next door building (but quite👍🏼) so what ever if good for you))) good breakfast.
