Great breakfast, and excellent seating area terrace for the breakfast with a nice cafe/bar. The giant mall complex below the hotel was a great bonus. Just steps away from a well-stocked dollar store and food court. The kids enjoyed the pool, but we had to borrow swimming caps from the front desk (they did not charge us).

There was free drinking water in the room when first checked in, but not after that. It would be nice if some drinking water was provided. Instead, we filled our bottles at the lobby bar, or bought some from the dollar store.

Location is central and 25mins from the airport. We arrived early after a long and troublesome journey and before 3pm. Reception lady Lesly quickly organised for us to have early access to our room which was brilliant. Room was clean, bed super-comfortable, bathroom / shower perfect. Air-con just right. Breakfast was superb. Outdoor pool is heated which made it comfortable to use up to the 6.30pm closing time.

Car parking! The car park is in the general car park for Caracoli shopping centre and we found it excessively confusing to start with. A note on the website beforehand would be very helpful for first-timers.

The hotel is located near 3 shopping malls, all connected by bridges in a very safe area. The hotel room are very nice, clean, and was very comfortable. We would recommend this place to anyone visiting Bucaramanga. The breakfast was also nice.

The breakfast area and lobby were somewhat warm/hot, a few ventilators would make it more pleasant. (not that this should be negative factor)

One of the standout features of the Sonesta Hotel was the rooftop restaurant, Peregrina. To say that the dining experience there was exceptional would be an understatement. The panoramic views of Bucaramanga from the rooftop were breathtaking, creating a stunning backdrop for an unforgettable dining experience. The ambiance was sophisticated, yet inviting, and the attentive staff ensured that every moment was a culinary delight. The menu at Pregrina boasted a diverse selection of dishes, each showcasing the finest ingredients and expert culinary craftsmanship. From local Colombian specialties to international delights, every dish was a masterpiece. The flavors were bold and authentic, a true celebration of the region's gastronomic richness. The presentation of each dish was as impressive as its taste, creating a feast for both the eyes and the palate.

Do not use the coffee maker in the room. It is not clean at all.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location in the shopping center is perfect, with easy access to everything we need. Additionally, across the avenue, there are two additional shopping centers, which is convenient. The food was exceptional, and the room was very comfortable, with climate control that made our stay more enjoyable. The light-blocking curtains contributed to a pleasant rest, and a plus was the absence of exterior noise. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. We especially appreciated that they provided games for our daughter, making her stay more entertaining. We will definitely consider returning in the future, and it is now our favorite hotel in Bucaramanga!

The only drawback is the traffic in the area, which, of course, is beyond the hotel's control.

the eggs for breakfast where bairly warm, but you can order eggs the way you like and they will come hot to you.

Location was perfect. Room and everywhere was clean. Staff were very friendly.

Breakfast everyday were the same. Needs variety, natural juice had too much water. And coffee or chocolate were warm I like hot coffee and chocolate.

The bed was the best, very confortable, we had a very nice sleeping time, we ask for room service, food was good alfredo pasta was delicious.

The breakfast moment was a little bit delayed, we went to floor 7th at 9.30am apparantly all guests went at the same time to take breakfast, so we had to wait like 20min to be able and sit down at a table. Hotel should consider to open more tables or at least extend the breakfast time during weekends

Everything went well! This was our first time staying at Sonesta and it surprised us. Breakfast was great, sometimes the area was full but it was the Holy Week so the hotel was full, anyway the attention was great and it improve the experience. The rooms are very comfortable, we got two rooms one double and one queen, beds were so comfortable we could really rest and enjoy these days off. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant, I was very curious and once I heard it wasn't great but in fact it was delicious. If you stay here enjoy the facilities.

The a/c wasn't at it best in the king room. But I think it was just that room because the double one was great.

The breakfast was very good.

Cleaning had stay with my room card, and I don't trust that. Because with what reason would you do that staying with a client room card.
