The breakfast was delicious, the ladies they have on staff are very sweet and helpful! They almost became like family and we were lucky to have met them.

Certain staff members would ignore requests, sometimes we would ask staff multiple times for towels and we wouldn’t get anything til we asked the room service ladies.

The room service was great the food was good too one day the breakfast was poor but another the breakfast was great but the people there are excellent

Bed where a little uncomfortable and the water from the pool did not look fresh

The room was nice and the TV was a very nice size, the Internet was also better than most place i stayed.

The location,there is nothing to walk around and it's located in an industrial area

Although the location is not great. The Hotel itself turned out to be quite nice, the rooms were large and immaculately clean the reception staff were very helpful. I particularly liked the fact that they had a very secure underground garage for my car, and they had very good quality Wi-Fi

Big room with a nice and also big bathroom. Clean. You can borrow a hair dryer hat the rezeption. Stuff is friendly and helpful but speaks no English. Gym was a big plus for my boyfriend. All in all a good hotel.

Breakfast a bit to basic. The location is unfortunately not suitable for tourists. The city center is too far away. You have to pay between 10.000 and 50.000 Pesos for a taxi to the center or back, espacially in the evening it will be expensive. And it costs also time, depending from the traffic 15-40 min.

It was really enjoyable, and I can't say anything bad about it ,I wish I could stay more time
