I loved the bathtub, the room had a great space, the breakfast is really good and also the staff was great.

The wifi inside the room didn't work, I had to go out of the room if I wanted to use the wifi which is bad.

Not hot water

The room is spacious and comfortable. It's located near a shopping mall and other useful spots.

They didn't have my room ready the first night. Breakfast is not good. Water from the tub would leak.

The hotel is well located. you will find some grocery stores and transportation so close.

Some areas look like they need to be repaired, and they don't look as you see in photos. In my room beds creaked and bedside lamp didn't work for example.

The staff were friendly, and the the room was clean and broadly similar to the photos (albeit with poor lighting).

No hand soap or shower gel was provided. We received only one body and one hand towel despite the room being booked for two. Breakfast was poor - weak scrambled eggs, and you had to get the staff to serve cereal. Location was poor, the hotel's restaurant was closed and there were minimal options in the surrounding area (which wasn't pleasant to walk around)

The fact that the parking garage had a high roof for a high vehicle. The building in need of maintenace.

The street noise, motor cycles and hooter 24/7 and disco next door are unbearable. The room have poor lighting with many fittings not having bulbs. The loose tap fittings in the room and a fridge that does not work. The wifi only works at reception and restaurant.

The pool was nice and my room was very clean , spacious.

To much loud noise with the club being next door and, the water was always cold and would clogged up as well when I had to brush my teeth. Water from the shower would leak near my bed.

Room was large, toilet was clean. Swimming pool was nice, got a view of the city. My room was on a higher floor so it was pretty quiet. Front desk people were really nice.

No hot water, only a tiny window. At night there was something creaking in the walls, really scared me. The location is pretty much inside the poor district. I was constantly trying not to fall off the plastic chair. For this price at this location, I expected better facilities.

The hotel is being renovated

Is in a quite dangerous zone of the city, inside the hotel is very dark and humid, it creates mud on the walls. Additionally, the breakfast offered is very low in quantity and quantity, and it last only until 9 am. I had to take a medicine and I asked a glass of water at 9.05 and they denied it to me
