Perfect location in Bocagrande. Everything is a short walk away. Useful supermarket right across the street to pick up water, soda, fruit and fresh-made pies. Big room. Good breakfast from Tac restaurant but they need to start making some home fries and replace those tiny coffee cups that are Expresso size.

Room and amenities could be better. Shower door did not close, old towels, one skimpy roll of toilet paper, useless TV. For those with mobility issues, there is no elevator. Pillows not comfortable.

Great location, close to the beach. Staff was super friendly, pool was great. Food options provided at the hotel restaurant was tasty, with good potion sizes. Breakfast of course is included, but we cam back for lunch and were even more blown away.

It may be a cultural thing, so I wouldn't pin this on the hotel as others in our travel party who stayed at different accommodations ran into this, but wash cloths. If you are planning a visit to Cartagena, and you've never been before, do yourself a solid and pack a few washcloths from home. The hotels in Cartagena did not have the ability to provide wash cloths. I did go down and ask, and after some apology the staff advised that we could be offered a large towel to "share". While the offer was at least something just do yourself a favor and bring your own as insurance.

The location was great. It was safe and close to great restaurants and grocery stores. Additionally, the beach was very close to the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of options. The hotel's pool and surrounding area were also fantastic.

The only issue I encountered was with the room description during booking; it mentioned a pool view. However, the room had no window. Interestingly, there was a photo of the city where the window should have been. :)

clean comfortable safe affordable accommodations. Super nice staff great pool area awesome breakfast. rooms have a mini refrigerator and a safe which was a nice touch. the bed and pillows are so comfortable. Great location walking around day or night is absolutely safe. I stayed 3 nights i was trying to extend my stay but unfortunately for me the hotel is booked solid

there’s nothing to not like anyone who finds anything wrong with this property is just looking for things to complain about. everything was great.

The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast, it has a varied menu from which you can choose, including fresh fruit, the staff is super friendly, they all knew my son's name and made us feel at home.

The elevator is under construction and they initially gave us a room with a blocked window because of that. But I asked to change and they gave me another room right away.

Breakfast lovely and room modern and clean. Super impressed with the pool area (currently building a pool bar which looks lovely!) staff nice and location in cartegena good! Grocery store opposite the hotel.

Room didn’t come with towels/bath mat/ hand towel. We were given 2 towels when asked but should be in room already. Bath mat desperately needed as floor gets soaked as shower is not sealed very well. On the last day our key card stopped working, staff eventually got it opened but we then couldn’t leave our room for the remainder of our stay which was a huge inconvenience (no apologies were given for this)

The staff is very friendly, the breakfast was very good, especially for the price of the room. I take my stay easier to have breakfast included. Also. The food menu for lunch and dinner was good, but.could be improved with more variety.

They may need more resources, such a phone to order room service and iron. However. I asked for the iron, and they provided it to me, but it needed to be returned to the front desk. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.

Massive bed, very comfortable. The WiFi worked well and the AC was silent. The pool bar and seating area is very nice, although parasols for the sunbeds are needed. The breakfast was decent but nothing special.

Windows in room are in desperate need of a clean. The TV had WiFi disabled so no access to Netflix, and no hot water in the bathroom. The swimming pool was nice but needed to be cleaned more frequently. The room needs some minor maintenance issues fixed and the bathroom is not the best. There is ongoing building work at the hotel which is noisy. Not bad in our room, but must have been really loud for others.

I've stayed here before. it's a convenient location and the room is comfortable. Walking distance from tons of restaurants, even across the street from a very popular one, I was never able to get into to.

I can hear everything in the hallway. I wish the room had an additional latch on door.
