The location is perfect for everything that you would need even to go at the beach. You would have different restaurants and markets near. Also to get really nice offers to visit other islands. In general the staff is very nice and helpful.

The attention of the kitchen stuff some time is rude, the delivery man is very nice and kind but some of the food that we received were spoiled, like tomatoes and others based with milk.

The breakfast options. In most hotels we have the chance to get buffet options, but this wasn’t the chance, and therefore there weren’t many options. There are also many kinds of juice to offer, but rather we were served almost the same everyday. The bed sheets were also not well cleaned as we evidenced some stains.

It was a good location. The breakfast was very good. The room was very clean. The cleaning lady was so nice.

I made a reservation to use the jacuzzi. When i went to use it the water was very cold. When I asked if it could be turned on the gentleman at the reception stated that it would warm up thru out the day and they really couldnt because they were trying to save. When i spoke to the maintenance guy who was at the jacuzzi he explained that he didn't turn on the heat because people like cold water . I explained that if they have 2 jacuzzis, why cant they make 1 cold (which is crazy bcz everyone knows that jacuzzis are hot) and 1 hot. He just looked at me and kept in with his day.

Staff were great, Good location, Breakfast was good, buddy, fridge with water and additional snacks machine was handful Near a lot of stuff like barbershop, banks, etc.

Jacuzzi was cold, Not magnificent view from the hotel The location was 2nd best in the city

Breakfast was great, the rooms are spacious and clean and there is a/c, necessary in Cartagena.

The beds are not the most comfortable but it’s a good value for money. Street can be a little noisy.

Nicely located, not far from shopping, restaurants, beaches, etc. Quiet. Simple but filling breakfast buffet. Staff hospitable and helpful.
