This was a quite family friendly boutique hotel in the middle of restaurants and the beach was a two minute walk. The staff anxious to please and make you comfortable. The front desk staff Jeilin,Natalia,Evelin,Lourdes and Mauricio were awesome team members. The kitchen staff Nelson, Carlos and Erick were great at rendering service. I would gladly stay there again.

They really need to work on the WIFI power. You would be on then off .

One of the reasons I chose the hotel was that I needed laundry Service. According to booking.com they offer laundry Service but in fact they don't. So that was a bit disapppointing.

This hotel is strategically located in a commercial part of Cartagena. I highly recommend it. The staff was very friendly and always helped to find tours and transportation. They even have a computer in case you need to use it for work or an emergency.

I think they should work on expanding the place since they don't have many tables in their restaurant inside the hotel.

We loved everything the two weeks spent there! The hotel staff were very welcoming and personable, and the hotel itself well decorated and homely. Location was great, only a 10 min ride to the walled city and lovely boardwalk down the road to watch the sunrise in the morning - lots of joggers/runners about too! Plenty of food options along the main road as well as a supermarket within 10 minutes walking distance and a pharmacy next door. There is also a great laundry service across the street on the same block (trust me, with the humidity in Cartagena it was needed!)

Nothing we disliked about the property.

The staff were very helpful when I needed to get my partner to the hospital. The staff throughout the facility were friendly and patient with guests who do not speak Spanish. The breakfasts were very good.

We didn’t realize that the hotel was on such a busy thoroughfare. Would have liked concierge services available.

The hotel is very well-maintained and in an excellent location. My room was huge, had very good AC and hot water, was clean and had everything needed. The gentlemen in the restaurant were lovely.

Bocagrande isn't for me: super touristy, no character whatsoever and the street vendors are intense! They even come in to the terrace where breakfast is served, which was a bit annoying.

Beautiful, simple, and elegant reception area and rooms. Very clean and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location to nearby restaurants, shops, and the beach at Bocagrande. A computer to use if you need to check in for flights or take care other business. Great breakfast. They even fill your water bottles if you bring one!

Because of the warm weather, the patio area where you eat breakfast outside can get quite hot, so this is something to be aware of.

after traveling through Colombia for two weeks we were desperate to find somewhere QUIET so we could get a full nights sleep. This hotel was perfect for that. it is surrounded by restaurants, some bars and other hotels so there's still plenty around but the room was quiet. it's also not a long trek into the walled city center. breakfast is also great and the staff are very kind.

the beds are a bit hard but so far, that seems to be the normal in Colombia. these very slightly better than others. also the wifi is not great. it doesn't reach to the lobby which is odd and sometimes works in the room but also sometimes doesn't. there was a large smart tv in the room as well with no channels and it couldn't connect to the week wifi so also no smart tv capabilities.

It was within a minute walk from the beach and 20 minutes of the old city. Very clean and comfortable. Good efficient air conditioning.

Hangers and drinking glasses had to be requested. Only two towels, no hand towel or floor mat provided.
