The location and breakfast were fantastic! The room was huge and had a very nice balcony. The bathroom was clean and updated well. I liked that there was a kitchen with a fridge.

The AC is left off unless you put your key card in the light slot to make the electric work. It took forever to cool down and coming in a night - was impossible to sleep in the heat. That was miserable. Also, the fridge turned off once you pulled your key card out to leave the room. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was for the fitness center. The hotel never reported that it was closed for repair. I really think they have it closed permanently.

The views from the balcony. WiFi was good. Most staff are very professional and helpful. Especially the girl at check-in and check out and the person who helped bring my bags to the room. He is very pleasant.

When my Girlfriend arrived, I was asked to come down to meet her in the lobby. We have stayed there before and she was already registered in the hotel. The woman who works in the late afternoon said I absolutely needed to come down to the lobby when I asked her. I was in the middle of working and was a bit of an inconvenience. This isn't hotel policy, but rather her request.

The location , the stuff was very nice specially Luis was always ready to help I was the owner of this place that will be my next General Manager need to be trained into that role and he will be like mine gold great person my wife and I we to this conclusion , about the next tombs up And 10 was there breakfast was every day something different well done lots of choices great breakfast, her last name was shining Gomez at breakfast was very helpful always had smile on her face ready to help

All was great , need more maintenance care the curtains shower the bed was not to comfortable at all

I have stayed at this property before, many times, and it’s not because of the breakfast. 🤷🏽‍♂️🥴. But I don’t stay at hotels because of its breakfast. I stay because of its location. Its staff is always pleasant. It’s clean. The hotel has a nice vibe.

The location was great and the WiFi was pretty good for getting some work done. The rooms were clean and there were black out curtains. The breakfast was OK.

The beach was super crowded and the street is super noisy. This is no fault of the hotel. The gym was abandoned and no equipment working. Stayed there to get some work done and explore after work. A functional gym as shown in pictures would have been nice. The showers were just warm. A lamp in the rook would have been great and signs for do not disturb. A cleaner opened the door when working because they were unsure whether we wanted room cleaning.

The hotel in ideally located. It's a block away from the beach. It's on a busy street but it's near everything. Drop off and pick up is quite easy despite traffic. People in Cartagena is quite patient and respectful. The Junior suite is quite spacious and comfortable, and very clean. The Breakfast buffet is very good. they prepare meals as needed throughout the day, and there is also room service.

The lobby could be cooled some more, the Cartagena weather is pretty intense. Although I understand they'd like to keep the electric bill down.

Nice room for the price breakfast included was excellent. The crew was very nice n helpful cleaning was excellent. Maria w/ the tours was excellent. Thanks guys

We locked out of 1203 one night and nobody had an extra key to open the room and the elevator you push up n go down or push down n go up

The room was very comfortable, with a spectacular view from the balcony. The staff was very friendly; especially when I made my reservation, they were always attentive to solve my concerns and fulfill my requests. The hotel has an excellent location, close to the sea, the old town and the laguito. I would stay again without thinking twice!

The air conditioning did not cool well and, I was hoping the pool would be a little clearer.

I liked how accommodating the staff was with my family, we were approximately 20 people including a baby, and the staff was very friendly and kind.

The pool closed by 7 pm, which is quite early.

The staff in the restaurant, breakfast etc could improve a little bit. They dont seem to care or empathise with you at all.
