The location is wonderful, and the staff is very friendly.

Even though I have the all-inclusive package, I think it is not worth it; there’s only one place if you want to drink alcohol the only beer available is what I consider the worst national beer in Colombia, “Poker” the other bar in the rooftop you have to pay for everything, so what’s the point there.

My room had ocean view and it was breathtaking. The shower had great pressure and hot water at all times The buffet style restaurant had nice ocean view and always had a nice selection of food. The pool was so nice. Excellent wifi in my room and everywhere. The hotel is very central to everything. The Claro store to get a sim card is just around the corner. There's a Boca Grande Mall just walking distance.

I don't like that's there's an extra cost if someone is coming to visit your room for just for an hour or two. I hired a lady to do my gel fill nails in my room and there's a fee just for her to enter hotel. The spa at the hotel does regular Mani Pedi but not a full set of gel or solar nails I wanted.

The place has a beautiful decoration, a beautiful structure, a very nice panoramic view, very friendly staff, a very well-kept dining room

I think you should take into account the maintenance area in the infrastructure, both inside the rooms and outside. , elevators, hallways, since I understand that to be a 4-star hotel. They should improve that area.

It is a great place to stay in Cartagena, it has an amazing roof top bar and view, and also has the crystal bridge which is a great experience, the room was clean and also has an amazing ocean view, breakfast is full of different options to choose from, staff is kind and helpful I will definitely coming back

They Don't Provide Bottle Water For The Guests In The Room.. Also In The Room They Don't Provide Restroom Amenities Like Hand Cream And Few TimesThey Forget To Leave Bath Towels Other Than That The Room Was Spacious Nice Always Smell Clean With A Very Nice Ocean View

the building room and general design , every floor represents a Colombian community and art all over the building, the pools on the second floor with a connected view with the ocean was fantastic!!! and seeing it from the outside point of view, it looks like a real boat as you can appreciate on the front picture of the building!!! everything is like being on Arabia!!! beautiful and the personnel are very helpful!! best hotel on my entire vacation tour !!! we stay in so many hotels and this was the best of all !!

The unique shape of the building. it was easy to get a taxi back to the hotel. All taxi drivers knew the hotel. Mainly due to its shape. Ionly had to say the hotel name.

There was no chalk for the pool cues. so, I couldn’t play pool. They need more English speaking staff. The male supervisor can speak good English, but he is not always at the desk.

The location was perfect beachfront oceanview rooms and close to everything

The hotel was a little outdated it also didn’t come with what most hotels come with in the room as far as multiple towels there was no washcloths there also was no iron in the room the bed came with a very thin sheet and had a thin blanket as well which was not really a big problem but they could do a little better with the quality of the bedding

The food was good, and really liked the bar on the rooftop.

Didn't like the service and kind of overpriced.

We found a good relation price-comfort, close to the beach and at 10 minutes to the historical places, the view is pretty good. The breakfast is a buffet style of good quality, in general the service was kind, at the top of the building in the night you could find a cosy place for some drinks. We enjoyed the our visit.
