The food was good, for us was the only good point.

I requested a room with a nice view because our trip was for my mom birthday and the hotel didn’t pay attention to me, next day I requested again a room with view to see at least part of the ocean and always they said we will take care of this but they didn’t and didn’t even said nothing, was like they didn’t care. It was not nice from them, they were not serious and I paid a very expensive room with a chicken restaurant view, that didn’t make us happy! Also, The hotel open the swimming pool late in the morning, and close it early at night, we were outside most of the time but when we were back we wanted to use the pool and was closed.

Location was great. Food was great, the room was clean and parking was easy.

They need to have more staff at the check in. The lines were long and they were taking too long to actually help People. They have 3 desks with employees but only one doing check in. The other ones were acting like nobody was there. An employee that greeted me at 12 and told me that the room wasn’t ready until 3, was walking around at 0330 pm while I was trying to check in with my wife being sick (he knew it because I told him at 12 that she was sick) and he acted like I wasn’t there. When I was finally doing my check in another person came and a random employee decided to assist him, he went to the computer and checked him in. I wonder what was the difference. I was polite and nice the whole time.

Room was very clean and large. Shower was hot, had an ironing board. Had a very nice ergonomic spinny chair and desk in the room. AC wasn't noisy. My room was on a high floor so it was very quiet. Location is very convenient, 5 minutes from the beach. El Corral, Crepes & Waffles, and a drugstore are all within a 5 mins walk. Swimming pool was small but clean. It's nice to sunbathe. The front desk people are super nice. I was running a fever and they not only let me nap in the lobby, but also let me check in 3 hours early!

A cable broke on my floor so there was no wifi in my room. If an ocean view really matters to you, maybe this isn't the best. You can see the streets and rooftops, but only slivers of the sea. By no means is this a dealbreaker. There aren't actually those fancy veranda chairs by the swimming pool. The chairs are pretty old, and you just have to put a towel over them and settle for it.

Efficient, modern property in with a good location in Bocagrande. The room was great value and I had a small view of the ocean. The breakfast was good as was the food at the pool. All of the staff are gracious & kind.

The pool area is very narrow and with limited seating. Views are also obstructed due to the windscreen design and the furniture is not in great condition. It was not a place I wanted to spend time, which was too bad. Common areas in general could use more attention to cleaning/wear & tear.

Bed was spacious and comfortable. Room was also very clean and comfortable. Hotel is close to many restaurants, pharmacies, salons, laundromat etc so a very convenient location with lots of things within walking distance.

Our first room was on the 13th floor and the wifi was very unstable. My laptop couldn't even connect to it and my phone only maintained a weak erratic connection. We reported it to reception who told us there was a problem on that floor and it would be fixed that day. We stayed a week overall, and by the 3rd day the internet was still horrible. They moved us to an equivalent room on the 5th floor and the internet was fantastic there for the remainder of the trip... So it ended well.

It was clean and comfortable. Had a good night's sleep. Staff were helpful. Good location. I didn't use any of the amenities though - just there overnight to sleep. I would definitely stay again if i got a cheaper price (I booked last minute)

There was just a bit of water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom (nothing too big) but overall room was clean and comfortable. I think it was a bit pricey... but i did book last minute.

Amazing hotel with delicious breakfast. It is by far the best place for morning breakfast. I’ve stayed at many hotels in Cartagena (my 8th time in Cartagena) and this has the best breakfast. The rooms were very clean and roomy. We had the 13th floor, just below the pool floor 14. You don’t hear the Chivas (party buses). It’s quiet and restful sleep. I will definitely stay here again. I’ve been to other hotels in Cartagena that were twice the price and they don’t compare in many aspects. Very secure hotel as well and accommodating for families as well.

Facilities, location .

Hotel did not provide breakfast in earlier check outs. It’s a 4 stars hotel, part of a great chain and it’s quite disappointing that if you leave before 6:30 am in weekends this hotel do not give you a simple breakfast ( I am only asked for a coffe and bread).

Room was big,comfy and cleaned daily, breakfast was a good selection of fruits, meats, and various other breakfast options, lastly the location was terrific for all the activities that I did so I could either use a walk or use public transportation

Not a hotel issue but the water to the city was out the last couple of days of my visit.

The star was very friendly. Liz checked me in and out she is so sweet. If you aren’t fluent in Spanish they speak English as well and are very patient. The property is in a great location to everything right across the street from two fast food places and Mac Dougins is a family owned restaurant a couple doors from the property. It’s a short 5 minute walk to the beach as well.

Breakfast needed a few more options if you are not a beef or pork eater.
