The room was neat, space full and had a great view. Most personnel had a good attitude were kind and on top of things specially the breakfast personnel.

The cleaning service was not good, the personnel left towels and glasses dirty after “cleaning”. Even de shower floor had a soap sticked to the floor. Also at the arrival time, the front desk lady had to call several times to the other guys who were going to guide us to the room, we waited like 20 minutes after checking in due to that.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Cartagena and had a great experience. The location was perfect—close to the historic city center and the beach, making it easy to explore. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was simple but delicious, with fresh fruit, coffee, and local options to start the day right. Overall, a good place to stay if you're visiting Cartagena.

Giant rooms! We travelled with two couples. We got one room where the bathoom was renovated, and one where it wasn't yet. But both were fine. The rooms are enourmous, and the bed is huge and very comfy. The 2 rooftop pools are small, but nice, though a bar up there would have been even better.

Only two elevators, used by both staff and customers. This means long waiting times at the elevators with 23 stories. The breakfast is not bad but not great either, and with a full hotel we sometimes had to wait to get a free table for breakfast. On a personal note, I am a fire saftey engineer, and I did not find this hotel very safe. There are two elevators and a central open spiral staircase. but I could not find any emergency staircases in the building. None of the rooms have self sealing doors. Meaning in case of fire the elevators can't be used, and the central staircase becomes a giant chimney filled with smoke and unsuitible for evacuation....

Traveled to cartegena with my husband for a four night vacation. This hotel was great because it was right on the beach and has two roof top pools that were hardly used by other guests. Beautiful sunset views. Overall, I would recommend because it was a great hotel! Just be aware that it is a few miles from the center of town so we took multiple Ubers a day back and forth.

We were on the 4th floor facing the ocean, which was great except for the loud music/ traffic coming from the party buses at night. The bed was also not very comfy. The wifi wasn’t great. Also, the elevators were very slow and hot. Probably the worst part of the experience. The hotel was 20 floors and many times the elevators would be too full with staff to accommodate and we would walk up/ down to the 4th floor.

The location is great, right on the beach and about a 20 minutes taxi drive to the city center.

One of the windows didn't close properly so it was really warm in the room. Also nobody told us that we can sit on the sun loungers for free so we were coerced to pay every day by the people on the beach, however on the last day we saw some other guests telling them they could sit there without paying.

The place is awesome. the view is outstanding if you take the room in front of the sea. everything worked without issues during my vacations in cartagena, i strongly suggest this hotel if you going there!

The breakfast are always the same. the dynamic of them serving you the food is not good. i understand due to hygiene but not good

Close the the Walled City, an Uber ride into the city is around $4.00 USD. The staff did have an English language barrier but they worked with us and we used a translator app which helped a lot.

There was only two elevators which took time, and they don’t have wash clothes.

- The incredible view from our 22nd floor. - Hot shower. - The room was perfect and loved the conditioner that smells like coconut and makes the hair soft. - The beach just opposite the hotel was not overcrowded like many other beaches. It was more peaceful. What's more, a long stretch of the beach was closed due to work, but not the hotel beach.

- The breakfast. It was very poor and you were not allowed to serve yourself. We ended up staying 4 nights in total, but went only once for breakfast (although it was included) . You eat much better outside. - The staff is nice but with very little knowledge of English. It makes communication hard. We used mostly Google translate. - No shower head in the shower.
