The location is perfect. The pool and the straight access to the beach is awesome. My kids lived in the pool and I couldn't have imagined the vacation without it. Some rooms are more run down than the others. We had 3 rooms alltogether and they were all different. I think our room was the most run down room of all and with a view to the wall, but it was compensated by being so spacious. Our parties other room was very modern and updated, but it was on the street side where the chiva party buses went on every night from 8 till 11. So that they couldn't have any peace and quiet till midnight. Wifi works really well!

Breakfast is okay, but since we stayed for 6 nights, it got kind of boring. The same choices every day only with very little variation. But it's kind of (kind of because some things are attended to you) buffet breakfast, so we all got our stomachs full. The breakfast staff could be a little nicer though. One morning I think the huevos revueltos/scrambled eggs were too liquid, so that one of my kid got sick. But he recovered fast and no big harm done. It would have been great to have received more variety of Colombian fruits.

I loved everything about this hotel. It has everything and is surrounded by everything. I did not need to leave the premises unless I wanted to. I especially loved its proximity to a beach bar called Donde Diana where I became part of the family. Also, hotel is completely accessible for those in wheelchairs.

The beach peddlers offering massage etc were aggressive. Sometimes this can be exciting and sometimes annoying. You have to be firm. Solo travelers be careful, leave all valuables in the hotel or buy some drinks from Ruby and Maria at Donde Diana and if your nice they will watch your stuff while you take a swim.

They cleaned the room everyday and changed the sheets. They provided shampoo and other bathroom needs. Direct TV so there was an option for TV shows in English. They had a tourism desk in the lobby to make your tour plans safely and comfortably. Breakfast was included which included coffee, juice, yogurt, fruit, scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, chorizo, rice, arepa and more. Directly behind the pool area was access to the beach. Air conditioning worked great! It is VERY hot and humid in Cartagena.

Could have had more than on elevator.

I like the location,close to the beach,mall,restaurants,el Centro,aeroport. It's easy to walk around,take an uber. My daughter loves the pool. The breakfast was good and friendly staff. Internet working well. Hot shower.

No Air-conditioning in the shower.

The housekeepers were all so sweet and kind to us throughout our stay. Every one of them was so pleasant and greeted us where ever we were. Nice pool area close to the beach. Felt quiet and safe

The buffet breakfast being served- it was awkward having to wait on one server to multiple guests, providing small portions and asking repeatedly for more food. Self serve would have been nice in order to avoid the long wait and awkward engagements.

Breakfast was very good, staff very nice and helpful. Location is good, right across the beach (which "closes" at 5:30 pm but does not the hotel fault) The pool is nice and relaxing.

Very minor thing but I they put a wrist band that you are supposed to keep during all your stay to use the pool, have breakfast etc. I prefer not to have to wear that all the time, I think the information could be in your room key, but not a big deal.

Internet in the rooms. We booked an excursion with the hotel travel agency and ended up paying a lot lot more (+50%) wrt other travellers that book directly at the agency actually doing the excursion or with other interemediaries that took much less commission. It would have been OK to pay a bit more than booking directly on the streets or elsewhere, but the difference I found exagerated.

Their beds are very comfortable, the people who work there are very friendly, I love their pool in front of the beach and their bar is always open.

All the staff were really welcoming and helpful. Very friendly staff at the pool bar too. Seemed really happy to serve you. Pool area was fab. Breakfast had a good selection. Cleaners made the rooms lovely and fresh as we needed them done. I love the pool area towel service!

Staff is great, they made all the difference. Always willing to help and friendly. One day I was late for breakfast they went above and beyond fixing a plate for me. Overall, a great experience.

Hotel room did not have a good window and is a bit dated.
