The location To walk and go shopping around,

From the Rooms I found loose parts of the floor they need to be fix it or replace, But for the price this is not I complain from me, The management was great, Gracias Sra. Luz Maria fue muy cordial y atenta eficiente, the receipt stuff was great too At the breakfast area someone’s not all need to be more approachable to the customers

Hot water, clean and spacious bathroom. Large comfy beds and great location near beaches and restaurants. Good choice of hot food to order at breakfast and generally tasty. Swimming pool was a nice touch. Staff were friendly and happy to help. Taxi into central takes around 10-15 mins.

Sun loungers are low - on the ground, so would be hard for older people to get up / off these. While sat at the pool the neighbouring building started to pour water from the roof and it lands on the sun loungers. Construction work near the pool was deafening but hopefully just a temporary issue. Often communication issues, advise new clients to use google translate if not fluent in Spanish.

This traditional hotel has it everything. Good location, it is close to everything; friendly staff, great pool, good food and restaurant. Beds were comfortable. I ll stay here again.

Not really know. Hard to think about something I did not like. Maybe the washroom hot water tap was not working well, but to be honest in August in Cartagena you do not really need hot water.

The room furniture and bathroom are bit old, but everything is perfectly clean, beds are very comfortable, breakfast is excellent, patio beautiful. The position, garden, staff, managers are phenomenal.

Hotel Bahía is old and a little dated but it is exceptionally clean. The shower was large and the water was hot, the staff was friendly and professional. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The hotel is located at the end of Bocagrande so it’s a bit more quiet than the rest of the strip. the Pool is large and lovely and the breakfast that was included was a good value (eggs, salchichas, pancakes, arepas, and fruit).

It could use some aesthetic upgrades but the cleanliness makes up for that.

Location is good.. just 2 minutes walking and you are on the main street where all the restaurants and bars are... Also not far from the beach.

Sunbeds were uncomfortable, hotel halls look old, would be a good thing a little update.

Good hotel overall. Good location in Bocagrande with a lot of restaurants around and ease of transport to activities.

I disliked the plastic sun chairs at the pool, i thought the table chairs were more comfortable.

Wonderfully taken care of, great location, quiet and peace to go and enjoy the wonderful craziness of Cartagena. The staff was amazing, Jose in the restaurant and Ramiro in the lobby, incredible ! Will be back soon. God bless you guys

Nothing, all perfect

excellent localization: the main beech Bocagrande and the other Castillo (more quiet, we preffered it), bars , restaurants and street food - all within short walking distance, but not in the crowdy and noisy center; nice swimming pool

This is not modern hotel but room is clean and spacious. Unlike the other places you can enjoy very big swimming pool, good bar and a lot of space outside. Honestly I rather to stay in this place than other new hotels with small rooms and baby size swimming pools.
