A really great hotel. Very comfortable rooms with good facilities in them. The breakfast were excellent. The top floor swimming pool with views over the ocean was a great place to relax and have a drink. All the staff were exceptional at the hotel. We even organised a trip through the hotel which was considerably cheaper than people offering Out on the street. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets around and easy to get the old part of the town with a short taxi ride.

I didn’t like at all I booked for 7 days to meet two of my friend unfortunately they charge me extra money when my next friend come to be with me excasue me I pay for doble I am very upset ajao very hard to get hot water but to charge 300000 for me becarse I change my friend Coman what kind of law it’s is I have the right for 2 people abs if my friend as to leave and another friend come not from the saje time why why I need to pay more

Great location, great staff, we felt very welcomed and at home. Cartagena on the other hand is overrun by malicious non stop solicitors , pretty much ruined our vacation . We even witnessed a knife fight breakout of locals fighting over territory on the beach right across from our hotel. One took off on a jet ski the other was approached by police. He ended up right back sitting behind us the entire time. So my advice to the Leaders of Cartagena is clean up this place because tourist are going to spread the word and your pockets and all the taxi drivers pockets and solicitors pockets and local reasruants and hotels and tour guides will and I am certain are losing a lot of money. Be sure that I will absolutely recommend this hotel, but will warn everyone that Cartagena is not a good place to go on vacation!

The room as very comfortable, with 3 big beds. The hotel is very well located, two blocks away from the beach, and a short taxi ride to the old town (ciudad amurallada.) The breakfast was pleasant, and the rooftop pool was fantastic during the day.

The reception charged the full amount of the stay, and the following day asked me to pay an additional to cover the taxes that he did not charged when I checked-in, which was an unclear situation.

The water was not hot; I don't care at all but should be hot water available.

The hotel was a good price given that I was in the area that I preferred to stay in. The bed was comfortable and the rooftop pool was worth seeing.

The check-in process required a bellman that would show us to our room, delaying the check-in process by 10-15 minutes compared to if they merely just trusted us and gave us the key outright. This is my only complaint because I really wanted to get in the room, set our stuff down, and begin our trip.

Location is great, the rooms were spacious and beds were comfy. The hotel also had a tours agent in the hotel which was great and convenient. The pool is on the 15th floor and has a great view. Breakfast was nice - buffet style with a made to order eggs.

The wifi can be week in the rooms, the TV was useless as it was a smart TV and needed good wifi connection. So although available, useless. Not even the national channel worked.

The Pool was fantastic and the view from up there; although the music is really loud up there (which I guess is normal here). The bed is very comfortable and we slept like babies.

The elevator (there were two) took way too long and you couldn’t use the stairs; which would have been faster. For me the breakfast room is too small and you can’t really enjoy breakfast.

Big room, comfortable bed. The pool area was nice and the breakfast was better than expected. Nice location too.

No hot water in the shower , which is half common in Colombia. Air conditioning wasn’t cold, but good enough

A nice and modern hotel in the heart of Bocagrande. Lovely rooms with floor to ceiling windows that offer a spectacular view, great facilities and attentive service: recommended!

The swimming pool is not super big, so it fills up pretty quickly, especially because people can get a daily pass and spend a day there, which in a way changes the experience for the guests.
