I've read the reviews and some of them make me think that I must be staying at a differebt hotel. The water was never brown unless I made it that way. The shower was large and the hot water was plentiful. The staff are very helpful and Kind. Economically priced for such a large comfortable room. Conveniently located to restaraunts and attractions. The room was clean. Cold beverages were available for purchase at reception. The street level patio was convenient for people watching.

The WIFI was unuseable for work. For me the bed was hard. Your expectations may vary.

Hotel Villa Real is an excellent and inexpensive place to stay. It is located on La 70 which has numerous restaurants, bars, and stores that cater to both locals and tourists. It is located two blocks from the Estadio Metro station which will get you downtown in minutes. The staff is attentive and friendly.

Due to the building's construction, the hotel is a little noisy.

The property staff was kind from the start. The location of it was great because you can step out to the night life. It was at a walking distance to the stadium. Bed was comfy for us but that’d different for everyone.

This not horrible but there is no AC unit in the room but did have a fan. At times it was struggle to cool down. Our room was on an end which we didn’t hear much of nightlife and weren’t disturbed could be from guaro.

It's located in the best place to enjoy nights at Medellín, because it's surrounded by a huge variety of night clubs. Also, I felt really safe and comfortable.

The curtain's room was too clear so if you turn on the light from the room, you can see everything outside and viceversa.

Perfect location

No ventilation as described and airco was broken. A lot of noise from people during the morning.

The room was clean and no roaches as reported from before.

There's a few fixtures small things that need to be fixed like the shower head. There was no shower head and broken toilet roll and could not get the TV to show a channel
